I like how durable it has been. It's sturdy and is easy to adjust the back. The only draw back is how difficult it is to take it off.

Solid protective product. Formed fitted for Pro 9 and cutout for accessory hardware very good. Ports for air flow match device sections. Accessory plug ins ports are easy accessible and not hard to connect. Minor issue - device has a pen holder at the top {nice and convenient} but meant for the first-generation pen and not the Slim pen 2 series. It will still hold the pen but be forewarned that Pen 2 will fall off the pedestal. Once protective cover in place solid as a rock, but when you decide to take cover off start at a corner first to take pressure off the screen or you may crack same. Stand is good may slide on smooth surface, there is rubber footing at the stand base all depends on the area you place it in- say on papers, etc. Good warranty. The UAG cases are great. I have owned three of them now. I bought the first one after a relative dropped my unprotected Surface Pro 6 and smashed the screen. My replacement Surface Pro 6, and then my 7 and now my 9 have all been well-protected by UAG cases. The UAG cases are also practical from the perspective of having a useful stand, and well shaped cutouts for connections (keyboard, USB, etc).
I went and bought the case, I was told that it fits the Surface Pro 7. Not only is the title of this listing dishonest, so is the packaging. If you guys are gonna post a case, tou need to specify the model of the surfsce pro too!!
First off when it comes to UAG. I'm probably biased. I have been using their products for years. My phone has a UAG Metropolis Folio Case, my previous Surface Go had a case from UAG. I trust the brand to protect my items. So, when it was time to get a new device. I knew I wanted a UAG product to protect it. Although, this Metropolis case seems less heavy duty compared to the one for the Go. I think it still does what it is intended to do.Before making my purchase, I had a question, and the automatic messaging response did not answer my question. It wasn't helpful at all. However, eventually my message got to a person and they were able to answer my question with no problems.
Very sturdy. I was surpised by what a value this was! Very durable and it looks grreat!
I liked this case when I first purchased it and thought the price was fair. It seems sturdy. Then I realized that it just protects one side (the screen, not the keyboard). After being dropped a time or two, the hinge broke and I can no longer use it. Very poor design! Seems like this is an issue with this model, as others have reported the same happens with the hinge. Still, I repurchased an open box because this may the sturdiest case on the market atm.
Fits well and feels good to grip. Stand nearly infinitely adjustable too
