Not 100% happy with this pillow as the cooling is in the protector. When you undo this inside is just the filling and no other cover. If I turn the pillow over no “cooling included on that side”. Not worth the money and I wouldn’t buy this brand of “cooling” pillow again. Will certainly do some homework on other brands.

Not too high or low for me. It's all a matter of personal preference and a Pillow is a very difficult purchase when you can't lay on it/test it before buying, so sometimes a new pillow will be a waste of money if it isn't the right height for a person's neck.

I was in need of a new pillow and from the reviews, I definitely picked the right one. It's not too firm or flat. I sleep with my arm under my pillow to start with and still felt really comfortable drifting of to sleep.
This pillow is heavenly,it gives great support and is easily fluffed up.l can’t see myself using any other.The zipper made it easy to remove just a little of the filling to suit my position.Targets great price was a bonus.
An extremely comfortable pillow that does exactly what it advertises, it manages to cycle the temperature as I generate heat and the pillow manages to mostly cool.It also holds its shape incredibly well and hasn’t deformed on me like other pillows have done previously.
