Not so warm as it advertised. I had a few years old Jason quilt and Target brand quilt which were warmer than this. I ordered online and collected at store. When I opened package at home, disappointed to see some stiches were off.

I bought this a month ago, I noticed it had a musky chemical smell to it. Got it cleaned and still has the smell and now is shedding wool all over my bed and room. It also does not fit my king quilt cover. As we’re in lockdown it is almost impossible to return so a waste of money really.

Great doona. We love in a cold area and this doona has kept is very warm and toasty. We paired with flannelette sheets and do not need any other blankets on top.

Purchased thinking it would be warm and snuggly given wool and heavy weight but it is stiff and very unforgiving. Doesn't move with the person. Sadly disappointed. Very bulky with little difference to the cheaper one I had before.

As per item description, very happy with ourTontine 500gsm wool quilt. Not too heavy, but nice and warm. Purchased King Bed size for the Queen bed.
Is warm! The smell of sheep is so strong! I'm familiar with the smell after working with wool! It got a bit much at night, I really hope it fades? The warmth almost makes it worth it but I might consider giving it a wash to see if it helps.
I buy this every year because it's a great winter doona.But this year I find it's a bit lighter than normal. Same packaging and same weight but just seems bit lighter on the bed.Apart from that... great value that I bought 2.
After buying the same brand over the last 15 years I saw this online and being 500gsm thought this will be warm. Initially I thought my choice was not good. I was use to a quilt with weight and this was so light. Took me a few nights to get use to weight but I was warm. Now I am so pleased I got it and gave it ago. Nearly gave away after first night.
Wow. I live in a cold apartment and this doona keeps me warm all night. Last winter I slept with an old poly filled doona and two blankets and I was still cold!! If you're looking for a warm doona, get this one!!
