The representative is not giving straight answers....trying to sell a uniqueness of the product without giving a simple answer. Does it shave or epilates? Wouldn't trust this company. Very misleading! Check you facts ladies so you know what you are buying. If they cannot give you a simple answer to a simple question, don't buy their product! You should know what the machine is doing. Do you wanna shave or do you wanna epilate? They give you a spin on their unique product rubbish without clear answer!

Unfortunately it doesn’t work as described. You’re left with a feeling of stubble, no matter where you use it. It isn’t smooth, let alone ‘silky’. Very disappointing, considering Thin Lizzy does mineral make up sooooo well. Why would you ruin your reputation putting your name to a product that doesn’t work as described?? I just don’t know! So frustrating. Not impressed guys! (Being a trusted brand with the mineral make-up, I expected better.) Thankfully it was on Black Friday special so didn’t lose much money, but frankly don’t waste your hard earned $. Disappointed!

I have had one for myself for quite a few years now. My Mum used it just recently and she loved it so I bought her one for a present. Then she showed a friend of hers and the friend wanted one as well so I bought another one for her friend. It definitely works well and can be done quickly even if you're in a rush. It doesn't hurt and does leave skin silky smooth. A great product.

It’s so light and little and really convenient. I have used it on my upper lip and found it great. To be really honest I bought it to remove my fuzz on the sides of my face but am terrified that by removing these fine hairs , they will grow back thick and dark like a man’s beard. I wish I had the confidence or assurance that by doing so, I won’t end up with darker, thicker facial hair 😅
Looked forward to receiving mine which arrived well packaged & very timely. Two concerns…. 1) no battery included to be able to try it out straight away. 2) it did a good job BUT the returning stubble the next day was course & prickly. Now i know why you advertise it as gentle enough to use daily
This is my second purchase of the facial hair remover and I am hopeful that it will be better than the last. My first one was the rechargeable model, however upon attempting to recharge it was a complete failure 😞. Having not kept my receipt I had no choice but to purchase another and this time I have gone for the battery model. I definitely hope that this one will last longer than the other as I had only used it a few times and had not had it twelve months. As far as a hair remover goes it is very good but a shame about the quality.

The Hair Remover is brilliant. Gets rid of all my fine and darker coarser hairs (age 50s). I need to repeat every couple of days, but it takes less time than brushing my teeth. Painless and super easy to use. Beats waxing, creams and all the other awful things we do toourselves. Would highly recommend to anyone.

So I purchased it as the customer service person's responses suggested that it was a coil (and so I assumed that it would remove the hair). It cuts the hair on your face, very gently with no irritation, but unfortunately that is not what I wanted. Can you please be clearer on your packaging and information on your website. Also, it would be helpful if your live chat people were more factual rather than just guessing what the product is. It doesn't help to be evasive, people these days want transparency and clear descriptions. Great product. Purchased only for the one or two annoying stray hairs, for painfree immediacy. Would never use more extensively! Please young ladies - don’t shave your whole faces! You’ll have a bristly face and be shaving (your beard growth) every day for the rest of your lives! - unless there’s an alternative depilatory solution for future correction! Be happy in your bodies. You/we are all beautiful creatures with and without hair Be yourself. Be unique. Don’t be pressured. x :)
