I wasn't to sure about ordering this jacket because some reviews were bad others were good. But I'm EXTREMELY happy I went ahead w/ my gut feeling an order this beautiful cropped North Face jacket. It's an perfect fit right above my waist line. The material is not even too shiny like the images promotes. Absolutely beautiful & stunning jacket. It's true to sizing as well. So whatever your normal size is order your normal size. I will definitely be ordering another one soon in a different color I seen. Thanks Neiman Marcus & North Face!!

I am in LOVE with this jacket! Bringing a new twist to a classic, this jacket is still very warm and so cute! You can wear it with almost anything and I love the light purple color! I originally bought the medium because I like to have room in my jackets to layer, but this one ended up being more roomy and I ordered the small and that was a perfect fit! Highly recommend this cropped jacket!!

I wear an XS and it fits true to size. The cropped length falls perfectly, below my waist and above my hips so it's not too short, but the right amount of length. I like how it's a shiny black and not too glossy (plastic looking) adds style to any winter outfit. Keeps me nice and warm all while looking stylish. I'm very happy I purchased this as it makes a great addition to my winter wear!

This product is very useful if you live somewhere cold like New England. The color combo goes well with many outfits and it looks just like the photo. It is a bit expensive but thats expected. The jacket really does keep you warm besides it being cropped. Im always warm and not cold whenever I put the jacket on. I recommend purchasing the product it if your going to use it a lot.

I will continue to check and make sure this review is approved and stays up because people need to know how bad this jacket is.I bought this over the hypes and was so disappointed from the shipping speed (came several days late) to the packaging (just put in a bag), to the quality. The jacket is not puffy at all and looks and feels thin. The fabric feels like it will snag and rip easily. The zipper and coat hook is cheap compared to older northface jackets I've owned. Also this is supposed to be cropped but is actually way too cropped. Looks ridiculous. I have a long torso and am 5'7". Can't believe they're charging so much for this jacket. The jacket is cute. It will come out the package wrinkled but that is normal from shipping. Once it’s out of the packaging the material relaxed. I see a review saying it is garbage but it is NOT the jacket is is the body type from the picture I see. If you are a current body type you should not buy a cropped “anything” and expect it to look great. If you bought the longer jacket it would be perfect. This goes for any type of apparel it’s not a one fits all.
An amazing purchase!!! I wore this coat twice so far snd the amount of compliments I got I just walking in the streets of NYC let me know I made a great purchase. The color is so vibrant and beautiful!! It looks exactly like the photo. I was so warm in 22 degrees weather walking in midtown. I searched our Manhattan location for this coat and the sales representative let me know it was only an online exclusive. I knew I had to order it quickly before it was sold out in my size (L) because that is a pretty common size when it comes to outerwear. It's definitely true to size.
Ordered a size S, it had enough room that I could've sized down to XS but being able to wear thick, warm layers underneath are important so I kept the size S! I'm 5'4, 115lbs for reference. The jacket is puffy and blocky and shiny (not quite as shiny as the photos indicate). The waist and cuffs can both be synched in.I ordered it as a cute alternative when I'm running errands. I live in the PNW, so my winters are in the 30s-40s. The jacket is seriously warm -- my hands are super cozy when I put them in the pockets, and the neck zips up quite high so I can hide my neck/part of my face from the cold.
The jacket is great. Love the color. I'm only 5'6" and it's pretty cropped. If I had long arms I'd size up to a medium. But it's a great piece. I really love it. Enjoy wearing it. The oak color is terrific. Love the shiny fabric aspect and big logo. It's a great updated nuptse. Fun jacket! The size small, my usual, worked for me.
I've had this jacket for a month now and I love it! I will say it is soooo warm, that when you're transitioning from being outside in the cold to inside a store for instance, you may start to sweat. I am truly a medium, but usually size up in jackets. For this one, the large was a little too big and didn't give me the cute crop look I wanted. The medium has been great. Form fitting and I can fit sweaters. For reference, I live in Salt Lake City, UT (it's COLD) and I am 5'7 145 lbs.
