For a bigger man a xxl will not work!!!! I really was hoping this would be my go to coat especially since it's long and versatile but it's not because the xxl is small

This is an excellent parka built very high quality. It is medium difficult getting the 2 zippers to meet together to engage the zipper. It is very frustrating and makes the jacket feel cheap. Being hard to zip in the cold would absolutely suck, especially with cold hands. Also, I believe that the internal storage could be better. Its just a huge pocket thats made with very thin material without any zipper. It seems tacky, and honestly makes the jacket feel cheap. It seems like it was clearly overlooked. A jacket of this cost and caliber should, in my opinion, have zippered and lined internal pockets for valuables, phone, wallet. Im never putting my wallet nor anything of value to me in a thinly lines zipper less bag.

Bought this coat online after loving my original Nuptse. This is a great jacket too I just tried it on and didn't love it, so I ended up returning. Nothing against the coat - it was fantastic and super warm - but just not what I was looking for. (I will say it fit a little larger than my original nuptse, so maybe size down if you purchase)

Just moved to Chicago and needed a good, heavy coat. Debated between this and a Canadian Goose parka but couldn't justify spending that much on a coat as a grad student. This coat has kept me warm (even sweaty) in negative degree weather so far. The only drawback is that the length of the sleeves are longer than my actual arms but have no other complaints. I do wish the hood was a tad bigger but overall great price and quality.
Extremely well made! Warm and very comfortable. It has a good, heavy weight zipper and 4 pockets(2 inside and 2 outside). I am thoroughly enjoying wearing it and would highly recommend it.
I wear the coat all over NYC. A few years back I bought a Canada Goose jacket and this far surpasses it in both warmth and fit. I love that it is so warm without super heavy bulk.
The parka is super warm, comfortable and well made! Fit’s a little large and that’s great, you can layer up under it. Amazing for the long dog walk in -20 days, or any type and lenght of walks… feels like wearing a sleeping bag (that’s positive lol)! If you spend a lot of time outside in cold temperature, you just need one. The coal brown color is amazing.

This is one is the warmest coats that I own. It generally doesn't get cold enough to wear it, I usually wear it for more fancy occasions because of its length. At 6'3" it comes to my knee which I love.
While living in Chicago, I wanted the Nuptse parka when TNF released it in the 1990s but it was too expensive for my budget .Well it’s back and awesome and I can afford oneThe materials are quality, the build ideal and the fit excellent.I now live in Portland where it is the perfect late fall and winter coat (about 40 degrees warmer here so can wear it without layers and still be toasty warm!)Highly recommended
