I really like this jacket and you can tell that it's authentic North Face clothing. I think it's a good three season jacket maybe even into mild winter conditions. In the wind and cold weather you would probably want a puffer.

I bought this to use it as a mid layer in cold conditions. It feels very warm, but if you're not wearing a shell and it's windy, the wind goes through, so just keep this in mind. It looks and feels nice also. For sport activities it feels a bit boxy and less articulated than a soft shell but that's how thick fleece feels like. I guess with time it will soften up. I'm 5'10 180 lbs and wear medium.

Stylish jacket with warm polartec fleece. Has two front hand warmer pockets that measure 10.5” deep x 8” wide. A 5”x7” left breast pocket with a hole to feed an ear phone plug. A 5”x8” right breast pocket with 5” zipper opening and two arm pit vent zippers 8” long. The sleeve ends have a loop with snap which must be for attaching an outer shell garment. The waist has a bungee synching chord that runs from both sides and around the back. I purchased a medium and found it to run a bit large. One thing about the fit that bothered me is the zippered arm pits. The zipper and method of assembly add a bit of bulk that you can feel between your upper arm and torso. I'm 5'2", 130 lbs, I got me a size small. The arm length and height of the jacket rest just as where I wanted them. Sort of waterproof material. Definitely warm for California winter weather.
I just added this fleece jacket to my NorthFace collection. Love how warm this jacket is! Also, I always appreciate the front chest pocket where I like to keep my wallet. Such a great find at this amazing price from Dick’s sporting goods!
This is my 3rd Denali jacket in the last 12 years and couldn't be happier. The pile is different to my older ones as this latest one is made from recycled material. The quality hasn't dipped in the slightest. Great spring autumn jacket to grab and go and also a super jacket in a layering format. The side zips are a fantastic feature too.
Excellent quality. Tick fabric. I ordered a size up because my son likes to wear hoodies and figured he would probably be layering this coat. Ordered a size L for my son who is 150 and 5'8. Love this site because of the quick shipping. Arrived in 4 days.
Surprisingly warm for how light the jacket is, I have been wearing it under my jacket since I live in Winnipeg and the winters can get really cold. Very stylish and functional.If you are looking for more utility I would suggest getting the earlier version of this jacket as this one I feel is more geared towards city/urban style.Sleeves are a bit long, I am 5'6 130 pounds and usually wear somewhere between small and medium. I Think I could have gotten away with a xs in this jacket, but wearing a 1/4 zip sweater underneath fills up empty space
This polartec jacket is awesome . I found a few for sale at outets so I grabbed one. It is top quality and as a winter/ fall coat alone its great. As a layer under a raincoat or other waterproof layer its fantastic. The only issue I have is the colors are all bogus...........get the black its a classic that never goes out of style.
