TEMPUR Ombracio SmartCool Pillow - White - 50cm x 60cm

Advertised as designed for stomache sleepers? I was excited to try this as i've been looking for a flatter pillow suitable for us tummy sleepers as i sleep face down with an arm tucked under my pillow and am sick of pillows that are too high. I never spend this much on a pillow but thought i'd give it a try as it does have a trial period. I loved the butterfly shape as helped tuck an arm under but sadly thats where the positives end. Its still way too higher loft for tummy sleepers as your head and neck are out of line by quite a bit making it impossible to sleep on tummy. It would be perfect if it was exactly same design but about half as thick as quality is great and memory foam comfy and responsive. (as a side note - i got the flat blissbury pillow instead designed for tummy sleepers and its great as much lower loft and great support and comfy!)

Amazing pillow

Absolutely wonderful pillow. The butterfly shape is ideal for belly sleepers like me. Since using it I have not had a dead arm during the night. The cooling effect has ensured I sleep through the night, something I haven't been able to do in warmer weather. Due to the shape it is a little squashed in the pillow case, this does not take away any of its effects.

An incredible product

Having never used any kind of foam pillow, I was sceptical. And yes, it's fair to say for the first night or so if you're like me, it'll feel a bit strange.However the comfort I've experienced and the restful nights since using this product are incredible. No more endless plumping to get it just right. Just get into your normal sleeping position, head down, and you're comfortable.It really is that simple. And I know that I'll never be going back to the alternatives!

Best sleep ever!

Really enjoyed using this product to help with my sleep! As a hot sleeper, the smart cool technology does help with making me less sweaty at night which has made a huge difference to my sleep pattern. I was concerned about the shape of the pillow at first but after two weeks in, it works well with my sleep positions. Great that it also comes with a zipper case so can be washed frequently

Great for restless sleepers

When I first received my pillow I was so excited to try it, I have always been a front sleeper and was looking forward to something that would help with neck and shoulder pain. However, I actually didn't end up getting on with the pillow, I felt it was too flat for me. My daughter then took a liking to it because of the funny shape, she has used it every night since and has been sleeping amazingly, she is also a front sleeper and this has helped her be comfortable all night and the cooling has worked incredibly as she can often run hot at night but we have had no complaints from her since she started using it. An absolute must have for any restless sleepers or kids who struggle to remain cool at night!

Great shape

Perfect for my sleeping habits, it's not too soft or too firm. It provides plenty of support and that thebutterfly shape fits neatly into the space between neck and shoulder.Very happy I have changed to this style of pillow as its made a massive difference to my neck whensleeping, I found it comfortable from the first use and a noticeable difference to how I felt in themorning.

Perfect Pillow For Front Sleepers !

You really feel with this pillow that it's supporting your neck and shoulders and I woke feeling really rested .Its actually bigger than I expected and comes to my shoulders if I place my head in the centre of the pillow or if I turned the pillow the other way just above my diaphragm...this really helps alleviating pressure off my back and I felt supported.The pillow itself is a medium feel so gives that perfect balance of comfortThe pillow is also Hypo Allergenic which is ideal as I have asthma .The pillow cover is removable and can be washed at 40degrees , giving you a cool, fresh feeling .It even has a 3 year GuaranteeSay goodbye to restless nights and hello to uninterrupted sleep with this wonderful pillow .Would highly recommend .

Took a leap, never looked back!

I took a leap and purchased the pillow alongside my new mattress, and never looked back! The pillow is a strange shape and consistency, until you get one and oh my lord it talks to my back, head and neck like it’s psychic. Woke up after 1st use, and no back pain which was so valuable to me, I will never need another pillow. It’s cool to touch due to the gel inside, and it can be rotated top to bottom depending on my position. Very comfortable pillow

This is a really good quality pillow. The material I think will be really hard wearing. It is so comfortable & if you are a front/side sleeper like me you will get the best nights sleep ever. It is slightly smaller in size than I was expecting but just moulds to your head giving great support. The outer cover can be removed and hand washed at 40oc. I have deducted one star purely because of how it looks on the bed. It's the wrong shape to put any standard pillowcase over so you are unable to blend it in with other bedding which spoils the look of the bed in my opinion. However in terms of quality of sleep and comfort I would rate as 5 stars.

great for side sleepers

Love the shape of this pillow its perfect for side sleepers- this is my second one and wanted to try the cooling version- I honestly don't notice any cooling effects, however it doesn't get overly hot like some foam/latex pillows can. Love the pillow but don't feel the difference between the normal and cooling versions
