I bought this after buying the Philips handheld steamer which wasn’t very good. This one is much better. Obviously not as good as an iron but perfect for taking in caravan/travelling or a quick item needing done rather than bringing steam iron etc all out. Would of have it 5 if water tank was a bit bigger.

The water canister is very small so needs refilling a number of times to finish steaming just one item. It requires a number of passes to get material looking anywhere ironed
Its ok but not as powerful as Id thought it would be. Also no travel bag with it as was stated.
I bought this steamer to take with me when travelling to attend weddings etc. so that I can quickly get creases out of clothes. It works very well for this purpose. I've also used it on curtains and tablecloths and it's quicker and easier than ironing.
I bought it for a cheap price. When I first opened it the product was dusty it looked as if it had been used before. The product for some reason causes white stains on the clothing during the steaming process. It does require a lot of water on one garment alone and takes a lot of time to fully steam out creases out of clothes.
Best purchase! Great when you travel and need to refresh clothes that creased.For tops/ shirts from cotton, silk/satin its enough but for linen or heavier and larger items you would need to refill. I steamed all winter coats before winter started and they looked as new and fresh! Considering its size its not heavy and hands don't get tired. I thought it would be smaller and personally wish it was smaller. Main reason for minus one star: size, small water tank and wish for longer cable. Otherwise good value for money! Super happy with it and I take it on all the trips! Recommend it!
