Tampax Pearl Compak Super 36 Units

Tampax Pearl are by far better than the original, making application easier, absorption far better even for someone like me with gynaecology issues. Less leaks occur, sadly I can't say none but that's also on me. Like I said I have Gynae issue which makes Tampax uncomfortable a lot. I'd wish for a more malleable material, something that could form to the exact shape of a woman. Sadly, some of us aren't average shape. However, Tampax have never let me down like many other brands, and I do much prefer the Pearl version, with skirt and applicator for easy use.

My go to tampons, great absorbency never had a leak with these, last a few hours before they need changing. They don't irritate my skin either and have no perfume or chemical scent to them which I love. The packaging is nice though that doesn't really matter. They aren't bulky and fit snug with no issues. Not too expensive and a lot more compact to hide in your handbag. When in the packaging it's only about 2 inches long so easy to slip up your sleeve if you need to nip to the toilet at work and don't want to carry your bag with you. The string is a good length too it won't get lost easily or be hanging out too much either. Overall great product.

After 2 children i found Tampax uncomfortable ....

Back to the old school

Whilst I am a long time user of TAMPAX products I am however, very sadly disappointed in the new TAMPAX Pearl applicator. The applicator, although smooth and supposedly more 'comfortable' than the old card ones is actually quite the opposite. The tampon regularly gets stuck within the applicator as the 'pushing' part of the tube fails to work correctly, only pushing the tip of the tampon out minority of the time causing much faff and undue stress if out in public. On the occasions the applicator fails when pulling it out the fan design at the top catches and causes irritation. I went through a whole box of 32 and had only a handful work correctly. After much frustration I ended up going back to the old school way of inserting without the applicatior. Great design, easy to use on the go.

These are my favourite types of tampons for various reasons. They are easy to carry, have a hygienic design and are comfortable to wear which is really important to me. I would definitely recommended as they also have different types depending on your flow. For me, I tend to use the regular ones and they work a treat - i have a heavy flow but like the regular ones.

Perfect for first time Tampon users!

Tampax Compak Pearl is perfect for those of us who are new to using tampons.I have always used sanitary towels as I was afraid of tampons! My first ever experience using them in my teens wasn't a great one!Now, a *few more years on (*ahem) I braved it and chose Tampax Compak Pearl....they were SO easy to use! The material is SO smooth and very comfortable. You really don't know it's there. For first time users both of these facts are important as we can be nervous! They are very discreet to have in your handbag and very easy to dispose of. I love these. Every since I’ve started using tampons I’ve always used tampax Pearl, either the standard or compak. I must admit, I was sceptical towards the compak ones due to their size, but they’re so much comfier, in my experience they can easily give you a good 8 hours of no leakage- you can’t really ask for more! I think as far as tampons go, they’re super comfy and last ages. The applicators are nice too, pull out and click in place and it’s ready to go. The compak ones are nice as they’re small too, so they’re easy to pop in a pocket or hide in a bag for discretion. They’re so little no one would notice! I won’t use any other brand- I’ve travelled to another supermarket just to get my tampax Pearl before!

Over the years I've tried different brands of sanitary products, and different types e.g applicator, non-applicator, pads with wings, pads without wings - the list goes on!!!Personally, I experience heavy periods and I get concerned about leakage. I don't want to be racing to and from the loo when I'm in the office, and I don't want to worry about leakage during the night. Tampax compak pearl fresh (super) have lived up to what I hoped for.They are discreet enough to carry in my handbag, and the subtle fragrance is fresh and clean.I'm most impressed with the absorbancy and comfortable fit, it's fantastic. The only tampons I ever use

These are literally the only tampons I ever buy and use. The applicator is compact which means they take up less space and it’s very smooth making it super easy to insert. They’re far better than the cardboard applicators (which I find very difficult and awkward to use). The pull and click mechanism is very clever and easy. I’ll never use another brand of Tampon again. Hands down these are the best on the market.
