I was so excited to see valerian root on the ingredients list as that is an amazing plant for anxiety, stress and calming down.My partner and I make a big pot of sleep tea before bed each night. He is a very restless sleeper and often stays up until 2 or 3am. This helps him wind down and actually sleep deeply. We put a spoon of this and a spoon of Sleep Tight T2 tea in a pot. They work well together. Otherwise The Dreamer on it's own is also very delicious. I recommend steeping for longer than recommended, we usually let it brew for 6-10 minutes in the pot. It's a very subtle and gentle flavour, my Mum is now hooked too! I have bought this 5 times now!

Absolutely love this herbal tea, great choice for evening tea. Purchased a couple times already, would love to have a large package of it rather than the buying per cube. My only remark would be that there's a lot of very tiny bits that escape from the tea strainer, especially once it's almost done, which then get's kind of wasted.

The evidence around valerian root and sleep quality is well established and I was surprised to find no other tea containing the ingredient at T2. This tea is A GAME CHANGER! Seriously. Incorporating valerian root into a sleep tea as well as the deliciousness and aroma is an absolute delight and really makes an impact in getting some decent shut eye. Hoping that this will become a staple, and be bought out in 200g larger bags!

I love this tea, it tastes lovely and I can feel myself relaxing as I drink it. It's a regular evening tea for me. I wish it came in larger packs and an icon tin to add to my collection. This is by far my favourite sleepy/night time tea (I didn't like Sleep Tight, Sweetest Dreams smelt like potpourri to me and tasted gross. Relax was pleasant, but not as relaxing as the Dreamer. There's still a couple of others I haven't tried, but I can't see them being better and more effective than The Dreamer, so I've stopped trying other flavours. This one is a winner baby!
I have recently bought this tea. There are 3 adults in my house and we have all had it. Since making a cup every night for the last week, we have all found we are sleeping better.
The first night I tried this, I had an amazing sleep, but I think it was just a coincidence as I haven’t had the same thing happen again. Taste is pleasant enough, and it makes for a nice evening ritual, if nothing else.
I miss the “try before you buy” option (thanks Covid19). The flavour isn't really us, So had i tried first, i wouldn’t have bought this one. The “Say hello to a peaceful nights slumber” couldn’t be further from reality. We tried it the day it arrived and had the worst sleep. Both hubby and i kept waking throughout the night like we’d had energy drinks or coffee etc... we even thought perhaps the room was too warm. So, last night I didn’t tell hubby what tea we were having (the theory being that perhaps it wasn't the tea keeping us up the first time, and by not knowing, at least hubby might have a lovely slumber. It was a cool night, great for sleep. Unfortunately yet again the worst sleep in a long time. I’m not sure what ingredient (or combination of) is having this effect but I think this would make for a great energising tea (not to help sleep). $20 wasted in a time when money is tight. We will stick to your other sleep tea “Sleep Tight”.
I could take hours to drop off to sleep .....then usually wake up after sleeping for only afew hours. My son bought me some Dreamer tea and I cannot believe how quickly I fall asleep and sleep all night! Honestly haven’t slept so well for years. Most importantly, I do not feel groggy in the morning. Definitely recommend this tea.
Smells wonderful. Tatse is ok but not as fruity as the nose. I think helps a little with my sleep too.
I was sceptical when i first sampled this tea but unbelievable i had one of the best sleeps in a long time. i drift off to sleep through the night. so decided to buy more for myself and family to try it out. Highly recommend for night tea.
