This vitamin C is ascorbic acid with a small amount of rose hips extract added. I use this when I feel a cold or sore throat "coming on". Do like that it is easy to swallow and in capsules instead of tablets. Would buy again. If you have a sensitive stomach, you might prefer a different form of vitamin C.

I believe Swanson's supplements, C-500, 500mg, 100 Capsules, have quality ingredients. The capsule is small in size and tasteless. I hope to improve my immunity, metabolism, nervous system, energy, etc. issues. I appreciate the antioxidant effect you are talking about. The capsules are well packed.
Good quality, and ingredients. The size of 500 mg is perfect and most supplements are too high dosed for me. I take this antioxidant for immunity. The pills donβt have a bad taste nor give me an upset stomach. Iβm hoping for a good effect. I usually take stronger doses vitamin c but heard itβs not so good on the bladder so this 500 mg is perfect.
Bought these for my man because he was going to get one at Costco and Iβm like no way they got too many fillers. This still has fillers but way less! Plus we know these will dissolve 100% being better quality with less filler ingredients.
