Good combination of nutrients and very affordable. It's just that it gets a bit yellowish after awhile even if the expiration is still years ahead. With that many capsules in it, it takes awhile to consume all. So maybe its better to buy in smaller bottle if only 1 or few ppl taking it.

The ingredients of this product is superior. I was looking for vitamin C and Zinc, makes this product very useful for immunity when fighting viruses, especially Corona. The size of the bottle makes it very great because 120 capsules is enough for me and my wife for some time. The potency and quality of ingredients are great and it's easy on the stomach.

As with the B-complex that came along with the batch of iherb supplements, Ive been taking this product for less than two weeks. In that short time, Ive noticed that my nasal congestion (due to seasonal rhinitis) that happens in the evening has significantly gone down in severity. I was taking 500 mg of Vitamin C with no zinc before but the increased dosage of VitaminC and the addition of zinc seems to be beneficial so far. Will order this product again.
I stopped taking just vitamin C. Instead I try to take multi-vitamin for women for a better balance dosage of everything. I realized that every time I take just pure vitamin C it burns my bladder causing inflammation issues and led to UTI. Has happened many times and even doctor advised not to take high dosage of vit C. It does really burn! If you are not sensitive to your body, you feel nothing for now. but perhaps longer duration of taking high dosage of vitamin C might cause problems later, who knows?
I will buy it again and again. It is very effective. I can remember things easily now and I am now focused than ever before and I think clearly these days. My friends can attest to the change in my level of reasoning and perception. Thanks to this very pill. I highly recommend
