If you already have this clothes line, the plastic parts where the arms attach *will* fail. I've 3D printed replacements, details at the end.To prevent failure in the first place:- Replace the supplied nylon line with a steel wire core line- Put some short 8g screws in the holes to stop the arms moving along the lines and going out of square/stressing the plastic.I will put my parts on Thingiverse if anyone who already has this clothes line and a 3D printer wants them. Search for Sunfresh on the Thingiverse site.

Absolute junk. Plastic lower frame that holds the arms perished and the struts that join the arms to the top cap rusted out in less than a year. We live 60+km away from the ocean too in a very dry part of WA

Have to be delicate when installing as the arms and plastic brackets can easily bend and break, line is not pre strung. id recommend spending the extra money for something more sturdy with a pre strung line for ease of installation

Do not buy this product. The ground socket is too loose and the pole supporting the clothesline is wobbly. The rope is cheap quality and and ripped while we were trying to weave it through the holes. The instruction on how to put the rope through is useless. This clothesline dose not have a stop in it's lowest height and it was impossible to put the rope through the holes as the rotary head was constantly rotating. It also was difficult to tension the rope as the structure of the rotary head parts is flimsy. Since the line does not have any rotation stop it is difficult to put the washing on as it constantly rotating. A very regretful purchase and I want a refund.
After one week lines started sagging.3 months in an one arm broke, while had half a load of washing.Cheaply made . Cheap plastic which holds the arms.Pay abit more and by something decent
Garbage.I'm in a rental and they installed this roughly 2mths ago. Line gets looser every load and today the plastic connector snapped and the pole broke.Buy something that will last and hold a load. Not this cheap piece of garbage.
The structure of the line is weak in general.I am generally handy when it comes to putting things together but the diagram of how to thread the line was not helpful. It is also hard to tension once you do thread the line.Just a flimsy item overall.Recommend buying a more expensive pre strung line.
I'm very happy with this clothesline. It provides great value for money. The downside is that you have to string up the line yourself which takes a bit of time.
We bought this as a cheap option when we were building and didn't know what we wanted. Just shy of two years, it went out of square with the lines loosening and one of the arms snapped. Can't find the receipt, so done our money even though it says there is a 5-year structural warranty
I bought this a couple of months ago and am so disappointed and frustrated by having to tighten the lines after every single wash. I am 61yrs old on a disability pension and this line is killing me with so much maintenance. I wish I could get a replacement done for me. But fat chance if that from a multi million dollar company. They don't care about the little person but we are the ones keeping them going.
