Love its classic look that could go well with any outfit. They are very comfortable to wear. Soles are well-padded for comfort and support. I wished the heels could be a tad higher for that extra sexiness. Material is a bit plasticky though

This is a beautiful pump. I listened to the reviews and ordered an half size down. I had to return them because they are on the narrow side. I finally got an half size up from my regular size to feel comfortable in its.
These are such a perfect go to pump! Not too high so I'm able to walk around and last the night in them without my feet bothering me. So obsessed to have these as a staple in my closet!
Horrible customer service with unfair business practices! I ordered these shoes, as well a one other pair, as a gift for my daughter. She had a very special event to attend. These shoes did not fit at all. I ordered the size she wears at all other times. So she did not wear these shoes to her event. Upon returning these shoes, I was charged a $6.98 "processing fee ". (The other pair of shoes I purchased broke strap the very first time they were worn! I was charged a $2.98 "processing fee" for returning those. Imagine that. I'm charged for returning a shoe for poor quality!) I am very unhappy about this. I do a lot of online shopping and have never encountered this with any online vendor I do business with. Pretty shoe. Nice to have a silver shoe that is a matte leather not high shine mirror. Heel is not super high. Will be comfortable to wear.
This was my 3rd pair of shoes I bought from Steve Madden in 6 months. The heels are poorly made. Each of the 3 pairs of heels broke. 1 broke at the sole, another broke midway down the heel shaft and the last pair broke at the cap of the heel. Each time I went in to the Steve Madden store nearest me and the staff said I had to buy a new pair. 3rd times the charm, I bought a new pair from JLo. Have yet to see or have a single issue and they have lasted more then 2 months.
The way Steve Madden shoes run for me, I usually have to do a half size larger than my usually consistent size 9 and even then they still fit awkwardly. Thus, the reason I only have one pair of this brand as every time I've considered this manufacturer it's not worked well for me. Knowing that I ordered these in a 9.5, but these metallic shoes are too big. Additionally, they are a bit stiff and uncomfortable because it's not leather. Unfortunately, these are final sale and I cannot return for a refund. So, I'm stuck with a shoe I cannot wear. Needing them for a wedding, I had to go find another metallic shoe from a different brand. Thankfully, I found a high end genuine leather silver metallic shoe on sale and they fit far better and more comfortably
I’m usually a size 6-6.5 in Steve Madden shoes; I ordered these in a size 6 and they were too big. I would have had to size down to a 5.5 which in unusual for me to do with any shoe… due to timing I just returned it.
