I bought the Orchid 40 oz. quencher in store at Dick's. I'm a bit late to the game on this one, but I'm glad that by the time I was interested you could walk into a store and pick one out. The orchid is a beautiful soft purple that changes color depending on the lighting. The color Aqua is a gorgeous color and goes great with my grey glass straw (Luv4Erth on Etsy).

Maybe you'll get 2 hours tops before the ice is totally melted. I even tried pre-chilling and everything. The lid is so hard to get screwed on... like you have to be so gentle setting it on. It takes me like 3 tries every time lol. The threads just aren't great. Now that Iāve tried this gorgeous white quencher with electric yellow accents, I understand what all the fuss is about. This tumbler holds a whopping 40oz of liquid in a shape that still fits into my standard auto cup holder. I canāt count the number of times Iāve seen a fashionable woman toting a colorful Quencher recentlyā at the gym, at kidsā sporting events, at work meetings, even at the grocery store. What used to be a staple item for āthe working manā is now everywhere, and not only does it work like a champ at keeping beverages hot or cold all day long, it comes in so many beautiful colors. Now that Iāve tried this gorgeous white quencher with electric yellow accents, I understand what all the fuss is about. This tumbler holds a whopping 40oz of liquid in a shape that still fits into my standard auto cup holder. It comes with a removable straw, and with a quick twist of the lid, it becomes a standard sip cup. The handle is extremely secure. I adore the clean white color with neon accents. In fact, I love everything about this Stanley tumbler, which deserves its fan base. Sign me up for the Quencher Cult!
Iāve been loyal to my 30 oz pink Yeti for about five years. Iāve used it daily, and taken it with me pretty much everywhere. I love it. The only problem with it is that I have small hands and a little arthritis, and it can be hard to grab sometimes. I had, of course, read and heard all the hype about the Stanley tumblers, but thought thatās all it was: hype. Then my beloved Yeti went missing, and I needed to find a replacement. The only pink Yetis I could find were either the wrong shade, or cost an arm and a leg, so I decided to check out the Stanley. Iām so glad I did.Not only does it hold ten more ounces, which makes one fill-up half my dayās water goal, but it has a handle, which makes it a lot easier to grab and carry. I also like that the lid screws on instead of just popping on, and that the gasket around the lid seems more substantial than the Yetiās, which gets stretched out if you take it off to clean regularly. (And you need to take it off to clean regularly, or it gets really gross!) I will say that my Yeti did a better job of keeping the ice in my drink from melting. If I have ice in my drink with my Stanley when I go to bed, itās melted the next morning. In my Yeti the ice would still be there. My drink is still cold, though.The Stanley is a little top-heavy, and because of the way the cup holders are placed in my VW, it wonāt sit securely in them, but the isnāt its fault. I also wouldnāt pay more than retail for one, like Iāve seen people doing online, but for $40, I think itās a good buy. In a pinch, it could probably also double as a self-defense tool, especially if it was full. (This sucker has some serious heft to it!)The person who took my Yeti āby mistakeā brought it back, so now Iāll use both cups. Yeti when itās super-hot, and this one when itās not.
