My 10 year old daughter was often lethargic, grumpy and generally seemed not very happy. I wondered if she was low in iron. She has used Floradix before as recommended by our Naturopath and found that good but nothing like this product. The difference in her was almost spontaneous. The improvement in her behaviour and attitude towards everything was like black and white. She is smiling again and enjoying life. I love the fact that this product is 100% natural. I am definitely buying it again to have on hand. I didn't have to give it to her every day, perhaps 4 days straight then 1 every 2-3 days seemed to work well. It's amazing how your body reacts to being a little out of balance with vitamins and minerals!!

I have to use this product because I can't take normal iron tablets because I suffer from severe constipation. I notice some products come in apple flavour which would be good as it doesn't have a very nice taste. The large quantity I buy doesn't.

I love the spa tone, I have used it for years for iron deficiency. I have difficulty absorbing iron from tablets but have found this boosts my iron levels. I find that when my levels are up, I can taste the iron in the water a lot more which is great because it helps me know when to pause for a while.
I've tried loads of iron supplements over the years, but this is the best by far. It's effective and easy to take, mixed with juice (when iron is combined with vitamin C it absorbs better). I sometimes even mix it with my vodka and grapefruit juice!
My iron levels drop during pregnancy and unlike with my first two with which I felt fine, in the first trimester of my third pregnancy I could tell my iron was low due to my energy levels being absolutely abysmal. Since taking Spatone I’ve felt a huge improvement. I was apprehensive about the taste but find it absolutely fine. I recommend this product for anyone who has trouble with other types of iron intake. It came quickly even with COVID delays and was packed well.
Best iron supplement I’ve ever taken. Can really feel the difference. Taste easily masked with a touch of fruit juice. Worth it for the benefits.
This is one iron supplement that I'm often surprised by, in that it seems like results are felt, fairly soon after restarting regular use. Easy to take in water or juice... and it really seems to help. I tend to use this as a top up to my regular iron supplement (as I tend to remember to take pills more regularly). So I take this, when iron 'feels' low... and it really seems to help, fairly quickly.
I had been feeling low on energy of late, so tried Spatone. Helped almost immediately. When on holiday, bought another form of Iron Tabulate, with Vitamin C, but it just didn't seem to help. Went back to Spatone on return home - immediate difference. I only take the Sachets 2 - 3 times a week, that seems sufficient for me. Thoroughly recommend this product. I am post-menopausal 70 yr old.
