The instructions don't exactly say how to pair the Bluetooth with your iPhone. I guess that's not really a problem for most people who already know how to do that with Bluetooth. I found a video eventually and figured out you have to hold down the power button longer than 7 seconds from the off position to pair it. Other than that I had no problems and the sounds quality is good. It works like 10 feet from my computer and more than 20 feet from my phone. Awesome! Except of course when I lose my phone while using them.....I also like how I can listen to the headphones in bed and I don't wake up with it wrapped around my neck like conventional headphones. And you can use them while you work out and not have to worry about where you should hold your phone when listening to music/podcasts. just stick it in my bag and forget about it until I wanna listen to something else. No more fighting with the cord!

Comfort and Convenience got me poor sound!

I bought these earphones for the Bluetooth capability and the fact that they had a soft in-ear bud. I liked the fact that they were wired to the “yoke” so that if they fell out of my ear I would not lose them. They pair easily to my i pad or I phone. The battery life seems good; although I never let them discharge very much before charging. They are VERY COMFORTABLE when worn for long periods. And now the sad point: The sound is thin and shallow. Poor highs and poor bass. I have a pair of on -ear wired earphones that were half the price. Their sound has more depth! Even the Apple wired ear buds that came with my phone sound better! So if convenience is important these will suit. If you intend to listen to News and not music they will be ok too. Excellent Sound Quality, a little Cumbersome

Sound quality is excellent. I haven't had ear buds produce such rich results, so I'm very taken with these. This is my first pair of wireless headphones, so I can't do any comparisons, but compared to my traditional ear buds, these are INCREDIBLE! I appreciate the fact that the actual buds STAY IN MY EARS. Even with buds small enough for my ears, the weight of the cord alone would pull them out slowly. Not these!! I can even adjust the length of the wires! This is a big deal to me. My only complaint is how cumbersome the base around my neck is. I'm a small person, so it looks way too large on me! I wish I could adjust it somehow. Other than that, 2 thumbs up!

Excellent Value
15 October 2019

Battery life is very good. I've had these for over a month and only have had to charge them twice. I use them for about 45 minutes for a run several times a week. The manual claims up to 40 hours and that might actually hold some truth. Sound quality is so so, the bass is ok and the overall sound is flat. The mids are clear and the highs aren't muddy like my skullcandy's that died. Bluetooth pairing is straightforward and range seems to be fine. I've used this with my phone (Galaxy Note 9), a Fitbit (Ionic) and now the Galaxy Watch and have not had issues with audio cutting out. The fit for me is good with the medium sized buds (pre-installed) and they don't come loose, of course your fit may differ.

Great bluetooth ear phones
6 October 2020

I use them often and they are great ear phones. The frame makes it easy to drop the ear plugs when you dont need it and pick up easily when you need it. I use it on my runs and the sweat doesnt seem to have any affect on the functionality. The charge holds well and charges pretty quick. Bluetooth mic is clear and sound is clear and powerful. Although the best way to speak through the mic is when you are standing or sitting. if you are laying down while facing the ceiling, the sound dont register well in the mic. I have them for two years now and its still working well.

I've put these through the wringer.
7 April 2023

I have gone through many pairs of wireless headphones. I am letter carrier and listen to them all day every day. I love that these last over 12 hours, as I often work that long. I had a few pairs of the LGs before this and they only last 6-10 hours depending. All of the different sets I have had, the left ear bud stops working after about 6 months and then the right goes out about six months after that. Unfortunately, that leaves me looking for a new pair every year. I'm due again as this pair just died completely after about 14 months

Isnt SONY supposed to be the BEST

I had switched from lg due to an echoing and was very pleased. Well i was pleased for about 2 months. After charging the headset, like ive done plenty of other times, the device will not stop vibrating. It wasnt even on. I tried to turn it on and off and it wouldnt stop. I tried putting on the charger again and removing it, as well as letting it stand still unplug. It didnt stop the heavy vibration until the battery mustve died. I tried to again hit power button to get some sort of action but still nothing. Lastly i attempted to put on charger again to see of id at least get a light notification sayin its connected. Buts nada.... Very disappointing since I was ok with the differences in sound to not have an echo when talking. I get that other companies will have reviews like that but this is SONY.... I guess time to find a pair that dont echo after year and dont break after 2 months. The part is i clead out drawer and tossed reciept. Unreal

Really great Bluetooth headphones
1 May 2018

At first glance, I thought the large "prongs" of this headphone would feel like a horseshoe around my neck. But I'm pleasantly surprised that I don't feel it at all once I'm wearing it.Things I love about this headphone: (1) The earbuds fit into my ear without the "tugging" that you get with other Bluetooth sets. The battery and controls are housed in the prongs, which balance things nicely. (2) You can remove your earbuds without fear the headphones will slip off your neck (great for exercising). (3) Turning on/off/pairing is quick and foolproof, with a pleasant female voice speaking to you. (4) Controls are easy to reach and are intuitive.About the only drawback I can think of is the sound quality is rather thin, as others have noted. Weak Sound - Good for Audiobooks
28 May 2018

-Really bad sound quality for music lovers. No grunt at all. Very tiny and weak, almost got that transistor radio sound to it. Would be great for audiobooks or podcasts only. - Comfort is ok. Bad for running as the neck collar chafes on your neck which makes it uncomfortable. Also gets in the way at the gym when doing over head press etc. Would not purchase again, especially for the price. I had the Sony MDRXB50BS before and the sound quality was awesome. Nice full rich sound. Problem was when u sweat with these ones and then twist your head its easy to rip the earbud out as the cord sticks to your neck. Cannot win!

[Rewarded Review] Great Sound Quality, Lightweight, Easy to Use
5 December 2017

A great pair of in-ear wireless headphones for anyone wishing to depart from bulky over-ear style headphones. Particularly useful for those who use phones and tablets, the music, movie and streaming sound quality is excellent for in-ear 'phones and the ear buds are comfortable too, plus you can make and receive calls from them.I love the futuristic design.
