I take this to help with daily antioxidant support and because Vitamin C helps your body absorb other vitamins. I’ve taken this for roughly 4 years, just now getting a chance to get another bottle so I can resume my regimen. Definitely one of the better Vitamin C options, the inclusion of Rose Hips makes this a great duo for your skin too. I take one tablet every morning along with my multivitamins and individual vitamin supplements.

I am not sure if its about this product that I feel energized ever morning. My skin looks brighter. The size is quite big, but it does not matter if you'll take it alone with a lot of water.

Firstly I bought Solgar because of the brand. I want a product that I can trust. However these particular tablets I find hard to swallow, they are large and solid/hard. What I now do is put all of my Solgar tablets in a blender with a little milk and make a 'Solgar vitamin smoothy'
I was recommended to take this produce at the onset of the COVID pandemic and have taken a tablet every day since. I have kept fit and well and will continue to take it every day from now on.
