(I have normal-oily, acne-prone, sensitive skin) Skin1004 is my favourite korean skincare brand. I have never tried a product from them that I have not loved and this product is no different. It has no fragrance and has a milky, slightly viscous consistency which feels lovely to apply and is easily absorbed into the skin. It leaves the skin feeling hydrated and soft, and really helps to maintain a healthy skin barrier, and to calm irritation and inflammation - it even helps with a stubborn eczema patch I have. I like the minimalistic and sturdy packaging, it looks and feels luxurious. I like to use this in the evenings and I use the normal centella ampoule in the morning. Another staple for me from Skin1004.

It has no added scent but smells like the ingredients they used. Quality of product is good but the size iherb sells will last only for a month. It is good for mature skin like they mentioned. I feel like it works on sensitive skin if you build it up gradually. Needs to be combined with a toner and other skincare that will help with skin regeneration as this may lightly clog pores it contains Lauric acid. It does not sting, its pretty soothing and moisturizing. Your skin can turn a bit oily during peak summer seasons. Can be used as a moisturizer. Overall its great for the skin barrier don't expect anything else.

I have combination skin, more towards the dry side right now because I live in a dry climate. But I am acne-prone. I hoped that this product would give me the necessary hydration and moisturization. I used to incorporate into my nighttime routine. However, I realized that it used to give me closed comedones on waking up. Not gonna lie, it does look very beautiful on my skin on immediate application. It gives me a glow from within. But I wouldn't want to risk my progress with hyperpigmentation, just for the glow. I have tried using it for the past month and a half and only then I gave up.

My skin absolutely loved this ampoule. From the very first use, I could tell the difference. it's super hydrating and no matter what products you layer it with, the glow stays throughout, which is amazing! However, one thing that bugged me about the packaging was the dropper. As the product has a thick milky consistency, it's a struggle trying to get enough product out everytime. But overall, I finally feel confident that I found the right product which will deal with a damaged/inflammed skin barrier. Worth the money.
I like thus ampooule so much! i had 2 satchet of testers and I immediately felt the difference while using it so I ordered. next time I'll order jumbo size. It makes skin suple and smooth on touch. it doesn't work on texture, but improves what you already work on with other products. i can't speak on the calming properties as I think those are good but not strong enough to calm my sking while using retinaltogether with spicule cream. I stil use my go to EU cream for that at the end of my regimen. But there is definitely good effect from the cica ampoule as it balaces out everything i use.
I am a fan of this product from first time using this. And the more I use it, the more I like it. The texture is so so pleasant - you need to try it to understand. It is unique. It is milky, gloopy, gel - offers very nice hydration and soothing to the skin. It is not heavy, I can use it very comfortably in the summer too despite having oily skin. I also suggested this to my sister who has dry skin and she is hooked as well - said it is the best soothing serum she has tried - it helped with the redness she has around her nose. So this is all around great serum for all skin types. I will 100% buy this again and recommend everyone to try.
