I'm sure that those that are involved with the design and marketing aspect of this product will laugh at what I've written and are saying too bad buddy we don't care and you should see our profit margin. We'll that may seem a little harsh but I see it as a product that they're selling and all they care about is making money off of it regardless of how well it actually works. Here is the problem with this could be but is not a very handy everyday kitchen tool. It spins at one setting only which is so fast that even with triggering it on and off as quickly as possible that it still doesn't stop what you are mixing up from flowing up over the top your glass or cup. Now you've got a mess to clean up every darn time. It's a piece of crap! To harsh again, no. All they needed to do was have a speed adjustment slide bar or a dial from zero to full speed. Then any mess would be to blame solely on the purchaser. The way it is now this is a great product if everything I mix up is done in a real tall vase then poured out of there into a drinking cup. This is not a well thought through product.

In short . . .

Purchsed for a bit of creativity - meaning, to use for mixing small batches of hollendaise sauce for eggs benedict, when I feel like treating myself (and by small batches, I mean like only a couple of egg yokes, w/melted butter, etc.); and it works fine. Am happy. Thank you.

Not happy with product., not worth the money.

Had trouble once receiving the product fitting batteries as when batteries where added would not operate. After several attempts managed to get it to work but very disappointed that for the price you have to hold the button down to whisk the milk. Last product we had you just turned on to whisk and it whisked automatically, So for the price of this product we expected a far superior item. But the item we had previously cost us 4.99.. and this product cost us near enough three times that.
