Given a complete overhaul for 2021, the Shimano Twin Power SW C Spinning Reels check all the right boxes for maximum performance in challenging offshore applications. Now featuring the latest Shimano innovations and technologies brought down from their flagship series, the Twin Power SW is more capable than ever. The addition of Shimano's Infinity Drive technology provides anglers with more cranking power under load, optimizing winding torque by an additional 26%. Also new is the incorporation of the Heatsink Drag system borrowed from the Stella SW C on the 10000 and 14000 sizes. This feature delivers overwhelming drag performance during blistering runs by powerful game fish by dissipating heat away from the spool to reduce drag-force drop caused by friction. The Heatsink Drag also provides insulation against potentially damaging heat flowing into the line, ensuring that line strength is preserved during long drawn out battles. A slew of other proprietary Shimano technologies make their return to solidify the Twin Power SW C as a top contender among offshore spinning reels. Whether targeting reef species with jigs or pitching live baits to pelagics, the new Twin Power SW empowers anglers to have a distinct advantage and conquer any battle.

I love it
I love this little reel, it super smooth and strong. I own two of this 3000 series. I also own a 19 Stella FJ. I cant tell the difference between the two by feeling and strength. The difference is price only half of the Stella.
