I really thought this bag would become my new wubby. But, I tested it on a 30 degree F night, and I had cold spots on my back from my neck to my hips while I was almost clammy everywhere else. This concerned me for cold, windy nights in the high country. I returned the bag and threw a few more bucks at a Western Mountaineering bag.Other than the cold spots, craftsmanship was beautiful and seemed like a really nice bag. Maybe I had a dud?

I cannot rate the Talus TsIII sleeping bag as I haven't used it yet, however I can say that the service from Tom's was prompt and my sleeping bag was well packed.

This is a fabulous ultralight mummy bag. Quality top notch as to be expected from Sea to Summit. I ordered the long version and at 6"1' fit very well. Unfortunately, the zipper is only ¾ length so that the foot box is quite deep and constricting. My feet get hot and I need to vent them which is not possible with this bag. If you don't mind an enclosed foot box, this is a grat bag.

Been looking for a reasonably priced down sleeping bag for awhile and this fit the ticket so well. Roomy even for a mummy style bag and warm! Haven't tried on any backpacking trips yet but look forward to using thus lovely bag. Comes with compression sac.
this bag is great. I’m 6.3 and have wide shoulders but have plenty of room in this bag. The zippers and cinches around the draft collar work much more smoothly and easily than my last bag. Recently bought this bag and its first trip was the Overland Track. So it is a bit bigger than my previous bag and a bit heavier but on the icy nights it was unbelievable. If you are looking for lightweight, I suggest you do not overlook this bag. It's comfort is unbelievable and the hood is very comfortable
