It's comfortable to sleep in. I liked it. As it is sewn to the top on both sides, it's hard to get into, especially when also getting into a sleeping bag in a small pack tent. Problem was solved when my wife, who sews, opened a side seam from the top down about 30 inches.

I've used the Silk-Cotton liner for travel for 5+ years now. It is *always* in my travel bag. I use it as my sleeping bag about 1/2 the year in California. I think having a liner is a must. After a day of hiking, sunscreen or bug spray it’s easier to throw the liner into the washing machine than having to launder my beautiful down sleeping bag.
I've used several sleeping bag liners over the years. Primarily because I hate the sticky feel of a sleeping bag on my skin and night, and because it's way easier to wash a bag liner than a down bag. I've had coolmax which was ok, pure silk which was still sticky feeling to my skin when warm, and now this one. Which feels like a fine cotton sheet I might use at home. Very happy and plan to use for years!

I bought this for use with my treck 3. Was a Great combination and keeps the sleeping bag clean. Also used it when sleeping in a hostel and was spacious enough to not feel restricted in a normal bed.
Super compact. I end up just packing it with my sleeping bag which doesn't at any more bulk and I would never notice I have it. The material is mostly cotton, but still plenty of comfortable and light feeling for hot nights. With the extra material for you head allows you to use this for hostel stays and sketchy motels.
