Comparing with many different BCAAs that I have consumed, this is considered the simple effective class. It is better than plain BCAA that this has Betaine Anhydrous and electrolyes. I drank half of it during the exercise and the rest after the lifting day. No significant after workout pain on the next day. It won't give boosting power, but feeling natural after workout is already a good point.

I put 2 scoops for 40oz water (that covers my pre/during/post work-out. this is already more diluted than what's recommended, i.e. 1 scoop per 12-16oz water. I still find it too sweet but it's all subjective I reckon. Otherwise, the flavor profile is acceptable (I prefer Mango Madness a bit more), and very convenienton a separately note, per the nutition notes, Blue Raspbery Ice seems to have more electrolyte than Mango Madness. not quite sure why

The recommendation to dilute the portion with 300 ml may be enough for the purpose of mixing the supplement but it is insanely sweet, so I diluted it with double the amount of water which balanced the excess sweetness of the product. But in terms of the effect of the product, you feel the effect quite quickly, and the feeling is good and you even feel refreshed and more alert, and this also indirectly affected the activity of the heart and blood pressure during exertion as well as rest.
