These are really good, soft but hold together well and no dry crumbling. But - put them in the microwave on low for a couple of minutes first. Otherwise they are rather hard in the middle. Best by far for burgers, like McDs buns. And they keep in the cupboard for ages, ready when needed.

Really love these for burgers/ avo on toast/ all things really It is true they can feel a bit fake/ stodgy when totally raw, but lightly toasting utterly transforms them. So glad Ocado stocks these, never found them elsewhere!

The only round gf rolls which are egg free. These are now a regular purchase. I was worried at first they were too small. However, they were perfect for my veggie cheese burgers. After toasting, they are soft ( they don’t fall apart). Please note; they hare slightly sweet tasting, however don’t let that put you off. Like all of Schar’s other bread products, they taste very nice.
Not sure what it was about the ingredients in these but just eating one wrecked my insides, despite being gluten-free. I aim for a largely low FODMAP diet but something in these very much didn't agree with me. Struggling to heal a week later.
These are excellent burger buns - weve tried most GF breads as a few of our family are coeliac. They toast really well and are a nice size, not too big. Good flavour.
These were sent as a substitute and I am so disappointed. The usual gluten-free buns I order (different brand) are delicious. These are so heavy and gooey they're inedible. They also had a really strong saccharine/chemical-type smell. Sometimes it's nice for a coeliac just to be able to eat a burger or be served food that's edible. My wonderful husband did a 30-min trip to buy our usual brand because he didn't want me to eat something this inedible.
Dense and sticky- the outside of these rolls resemble polystyrene. Nasty. Ruined some lovely Gf Burgers. Usually love this brand so really disappointed.
They don't fall apart like a lot of GF buns but they are small and rubbery and not tasty at all. They will deliver your burger to your mouth but that's about it. Wish i could find some better ones! This can't be the best GF burger bun out there?!
Would def recommend. I’ve learned you always need to toast gf bread and this is no exception. Reminds me of MacDonalds buns with a brioche taste. Goes really well with a Wagyu burger, especially the Finnebrogue ones. Really tasty.
