Use it on the stovetop to fry, saute, braise or sear, then in the oven to finish off. The pan includes a glass tempered lid so you can view ingredients as they cook. Safe to use on all stovetops including induction, the flat base provides maximum magnetic connection to the stovetop, so the pan heats up quickly and evenly. The ergonomic, stylish handle is designed to stay cooler for longer and the pan is safe to use in the oven up to 250 degreesC without the lid and 220 degreesC with it.
