This is a beautiful eye cream. I have sensitive eyes and need something that's calming and nourishing and this does just that. I haven't noticed much around brightening but I'm sure it mitigates the fine lines. I use the tiniest amount for both eyes every morning and evening and a little goes such a long way. I bought this a couple of months ago and still have a lot left. Such a great price and good value compared to some other products.

I have been using this cream for about two months and I have rather contentious feelings about it. I purchased it to use during this summer. And I like how easy it sinks to my skin, it doesn’t leave any sticky residue. I love its light texture and that my makeup doesn’t get cakey with it. I found my under eye skin got more plumped and there are less fine lines since I have been using it. I can say nothing about dark circles as I don’t have them. There is still one side of this product I am not sure about. In my opinion it has too many elements in its formula. I just recently noticed that I started having a sudden non-explainable tear-shedding reaction. Nothing really serious and even not really noticeable. I am repurchasing this eye cream as I've been very happy with its performance. I have tried simply loads of eye creams and often found them lacking. This however has made a difference to my mature skin - it has become smoother, less tired looking and the dark circles have lightened considerably. The way it's dispensed makes it easy to control, not something that all manufacturers managed to achieve with their eye creams. The effectiveness of this product has been noticeable.

This has never causes me an ounce of irritation, and I really go for it all over the lids and eyelashes. In fact during a nasty bout of eyelid dermatitis I still used this cream AM/PM and felt it really helped with soothing and hydration. Immediate results? Slightly lightening of the under-eye area. Cushiony base to apply concealer on top. Long lasting results? General hydration. And there is some retinyl palmitate in here - so I’m hoping to see mild improvements on fine lines too. Otherwise it smears all over your cheeks, and this is not the intention of a delicate £48 cream. 2) Used leftovers on the lips - healed my chapped lips surprisingly well. This is a wonderful eye cream. It is gentle for my sensitive skin and doesn’t irritate my eyes. It brightens the eye area, improving dark circles and fine lines. It’s not too heavy so is ideal for the hotter months but moisturising enough for the colder months. It also leaves a beautiful sheen on the skin when applied which is lovely on days when you don’t want to wear make up. One of my faves form the Sarah chapman range - 10/10!
I've had the Skinesis Eye Recovery a few times now, and I really enjoy the texture of the cream. It is not too light, but also not super heavy which works well for my chronically dehydrated undereye area. I'm also very sensitive, and have never had any issues with this cream - it doesn't sting my eyes, and it also doesn't irritate the skin around there either.It is on the pricier side (hence the 4 stars), but that's what you get for a dedicated product. I do think that it is worth the investment, and will repurchase again in the future.
I have combination oily skin, my eye area is not too problematic. I need sufficient hydration, especially agains mimic wrinkles. I usually layer eye creams with serums and/or oils. Mostly I used this product solo due to travel but when at first I used it in combination with something else, it didn’t worked better or worse. Didn’t pile under makeup. I was a bit worried when I had to use it solo but very quickly I noticed that my eye area looked great by using just this cream. Still didn’t pile up under makeup and overall skin looked hydrated.
I wanted to write this as I felt the reviews on this site didn't reflect the cream. In my experience this cream is excellent for the price. It is creamy enough to give moisture without clogging and it reduces my fine lines. I did not have any milia with this at all. It was recommended to me and I am now on my second bottle. I really think with products it is personal preference so try them out for yourself, don't go by reviews as this can make you avoid something that could really work in your routine. If I had read the reviews on this site I would of avoided something that I think is excellent for the price which is mid price in the market.
Had a deluxe sample of this and finally started using it. It’s like a gel, it’s very smooth and absorbs so quickly. Importantly, my eyes looked moisturized and with puffiness/less dark circles, and makeup glided over it without pilling. As others have said, I don’t think it’s a miracle cure but I’d absolutely repurchase it as an eye cream, as the price is in line with other daily use eye creams. For me the most important things are hydration, the fact that it’s so smooth and wears well with makeup and I did see some slight improvement with puffiness/dark circles.
I have been using this cream pretty much every day for several months now. A little goes a long way with this one and it really does the job: moisturises and slightly brightens. I didn’t notice any major improvements in fine lines and wrinkles but I don’t have any deep ones to be honest. I like the texture of this cream (not too heavy, not sticky) and how it melts into the skin. The packaging is sleek, however, as previously noted in other reviews, the cream dries out in the dispenser so I have to discard some almost every time I use it which is a bit of a waste especially at this price. So I had to knock off one star but overall I am pleased with the performance of this product.
