Purchased this a month ago with a bit of hesitancy due to some issues I read about on YouTube however being a bright room it was going in to we really needed the QLED. Well haven't I been pleasantly surprised. It has absolutely exceeded my expectations far beyond what I expected. The quality of the TV is amazing and the picture is next level. Just need to upgrade to the Q- Symphony Soundbar now to make the most of the audio capabilities. It still sounds great with my other sound bar but the Q- Symphony is next level. Black blacks, 120hz gaming at 4k, razor crisp sport and really good upscaling (in most cases). Really impressed so far and it is a future proof TV I can imagine that will last us the next decade.

Bought the TV in June and took 3 months to arrive which dissipated some of my excitement. Set the TV, flick on a short Youtube video and was instantly mesmerised by the sheer clarity and quality. Then explored the TV's settings, features and applications and was amazed at the convenience and effort Samsung put into this product. Specifically, it was much easier to access all the settings, features and apps with Samsung's remote and TV user interface compared to my old Apple TV! Not something I was aware of when purchasing the product as I did not have access to Samsung's remove in store when deciding on the purchase. Overall, much more enjoyable experience viewing and navigating content. Fair to say all my excitement came plus some more.

I bought this tv in August, loved it until I needed an app which Samsung does not allow. Samsung will only allow you to download apps they deem acceptable. You want a VPN app, well forget it. You want the Downloader app to get other apps so all of your things you subscribe to work? Well forget it....I was told when I bought this tv I was able to get these apps no problem....well you can't. Buy a Sony or some other brand that does not try to control your content. Also, if you bought your Samsung from Leon's then don't bother calling Samsung for help, they won't help you...you have to call Leon's, how stupid is this service. I have been on hold with first Samsung now Leons for 2 days....so frustrating. Leon's needs to educate their staff on what products can and can't ... Wow, this tv is something else ! The picture quality is superb and very clear with definition I've never seen before. The blacks are super rich and truly black. The whites and highlights are extremely bright and the colours just pop out of the screen. This tv was an upgrade from an edge lit Samsung and there really is no comparison. Any movie that I have rewatched on this tv has revealed detail in the images that was virtually invisible on an edge lit tv. Truly what a tv should be and it has Oled quality with the dynamics of a top spec Lcd. Well done Samsung, you've smashed this out of the park and built a truly exceptional product. The staff at JB Dubbo really know how to look after their customers and no problem is too big for them to sort out. Congratulations ... MoreWow, this tv is something else ! I have the 43 inch version, bought this to use as a PC monitor and Gaming monitor. Once Windows Clear Type is setup properly this is the perfect screen with razor sharp text and vivid colors. Playing games is a joy on this screen when input set to game mode and my 3070 does 144Hz 4k . Backbars are non-existent due to excellent blooming control, Almost OLED level black levels. Watching Netflix, Prime and Disney is easy and look great. For my use case this is the best TV especially comparing to an OLED due to use as an PC monitor. One minor annoyance is that you have to sit in front of the TV or else the colors shift and blooming becomes apparent from sides.
I purchased this TV primarily based on the quality and features versus value at this size point. Without stepping up to OLED this had everything I needed. Coming from an Android OS on my previous TV, I was apprehensive about moving to a manufacturer OS but I needn't have been as the OS of the QN90B is fully featured and very fast and responsive. The picture quality is, expectedly, very good with rich colors, deep blacks and exceptionally minimal light bloom (I've yet to notice anything obvious versus my previous TV which was notoriously poor for this). The out of the box settings are a little blue heavy and unnatural, so if you are a purist like me, you will want to immediately switch to expert mode to remove motion smoothing and balance the colors more naturally ... The remote is easy to use and being wireless doesn't need line of sight to function. The solar charge is an interesting remote feature. 4K120 and all the latest HDMI support also means this is a great gaming display too. Overall if you don't want 8K then you'd be hard pressed to find a better TV in this price range. Do recommend.
Wanted to update our old led TV with a bigger screen and smart-tv features. We measured up a 50" screen but it would have been too big for our space; 43" is perfect and a nice improvement on our old TV. We had not been keeping abreast of screen technologies so took advice from our very knowledgeable sales people and checked out the neo-qled screens. They are brilliant (in both senses of the word!). We had been streaming video from our phones or tablets using Chromecast but it always seemed such a pain because the Chromecast seemed to invariably be on a different wifi to the phone. But now we have an Ethernet cable from our router straight to the TV, so we can avoid wifi entirely and get viewing immediately. So we're very happy with a bigger, brighter, clearer ... As my first venture into 4K current generation television ownership, my purchase of the new Samsung QN90B Neo QLED 4K Smart TV was made following hours of online research, pouring through reviews and comparisons, particularly in comparison to the rival OLED products. My decision in the end came down to two key areas - price point and the overwhelming consensus that this TV is up there with the kings of next-generation gaming televisions. At around $500.00 cheaper than the nearest comparable option in the LG C2 OLED range (the 48 inch) the QN90B represented quite a significant difference in terms of price point. And while I had thought at first that choosing Neo QLED over the highly rated LG OLED panel would be something of a compromise, I am very happy to say that ... At around $500.00 cheaper than the nearest comparable option in the LG C2 OLED range (the 48 inch) the QN90B represented quite a significant difference in terms of price point. And while I had thought at first that choosing Neo QLED over the highly rated LG OLED panel would be something of a compromise, I am very happy to say that this hasn't been the case at all. With my television situated in a brighter living room, the extraordinary bright colours of the QN90B make for a simply exhilarating viewing experience. Casual viewing, such as watching the football, becomes a real experience. Booting up my PS5 for the first time in Game Mode becomes life changing. Making the most of the HDMI 2.1 connection (of which there are four) the PS5 runs some of the most immersive gaming experiences I can recall. Next-gen titles such as Spider-Man Miles Morales run as smooth as ever and simply glisten in 4K with the brightness of the Neo QLED panel. While there had been some criticism of the new Tizen OS interface in some circles, I'm happy to say that this hasn't been my experience. The interface is responsive, easy to use and lightning fast to navigate. In fact, button press to button press, this is likely the fastest and most response smart television (or any television) I've ever used. Sleek and understated, the design of the QN90B will look at home in any home living room, whether wall mounted or fastened to the solid metal stand. The remote is a brilliant, simple design which allows for simple navigation and can recharge either via the USB-C connection or solar energy via a panel at the rear. If you are weighing up your first venture into a QLED or OLED television, the Samsung QN90B is not an option to be dismissed - this is the television you are looking for.
OK, I was a little overwhelmed when the tv got delivered, because of the sheer size of the box. I wondered how the heck I was going to handle it. But it was actually really thoughtfully packaged and slips straight out of the box, no drama. Phew! You do have to be careful with the screen, however, and my tv sustained some minor marks from the lift as we wall mounted it. You really need to ensure you limit your handling to the touch guards that have been put in place for that reason (my lift partner did not!). Despite this, wall hanging was a cinch and the set looks superb on the wall. The picture is bright, clear, and seriously sexy, despite being in a well lit room, and viewing is pleasurable even if you are sitting at an angle to the tv. It was really easy to set ... It was really easy to set the tv up (programming free to air channels etc), which was great, because technology and I aren't good friends, and I didn't even have to ask my child for help! I love the remote, which might not be everyone's cup of tea, given it's tiny and has minimal buttons on it, but I love it. Will I still be saying that when it's lost amongst the couch cushions? Time will tell... Anyway, the tv is great. My partner and I are having fun deciding what to watch next to make the most of the very excellent picture.
After getting burn-in on a LG C8 OLED from subtitles, I thought the move to QLED would be a step down in quality in order to have a TV that didnt have to be replaced every 3.5 years. I was wrong. This TV is utterly amazing. Real life HDR content is on par with OLED. HD content from USB, HDMI, Netflix, SamsungTV or Freeview HD channels is scaled up to amazing quality. Sure, SD Freeview channels are a little hazy, but if you are buying a TV to watch SD Freeview, buy something cheap. Gaming on a PS5 is out-of-this-world. Tizen OS takes a week to get use to, then you know where to go and how to get there. If you want an utterly amazing TV, and have been bitten by or are worried about OLED burn in, buy this, stress less, and don't worry about being penalised for going LED.
