I bought this case less than 2 months ago. Two of the orange letters have already fallen off, so it is a defective product. Samsung will not stand behind this case since I've had it for more than 15 days. Seems like a $40 case should last at least 60 days. I have had the silicone case with the ring for my previous flip phones. Definitely buy those instead of this clear case.

I bought this case about a month ago and within the month the case is turning slightly yellow. My volume button has completely turned yellow and the orange flip letters on the side of the case have fallen off except for the letter P. The case also has many scratches from normal day use. For $40+ dollars, I expected this case to be a lot more durable and long lasting. I have not been able to get in contact with Samsung about a replacement for a different case as I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase. I originally purchased the case with T-Mobile when I purchased my phone and Samsung is saying I need to contact them for that even though it is still a Samsung product and should still be under warranty. Extremely disrespectful and disappointed

Case doesnt grip phone - I have to keep pushing it back on. can't open phone fully flat because of unremovable ring - which means I can't attach it to my car magnet for use as a sat nav. Supposed to be non slip - it's not. Cannot believe the price Samsung are charging for this rubbish

It's clear and transparent case, but it doesn't cover the front upper screen at all (where cameras are located). Had to buy external protector separately for upper side. Price is too high for this case as well, especially when you know it doesn't do the job as promised.
Pretty good, does it's job, very clear and doesn't take away from the phones colour or shape much. Pretty sturdy and fits right on, not too loose and not too small, perfect. The ring also is good on the finger and doesn't hinder the experience of using the phone, very helpful.
I got the case when I got the new phone and it works great! It's clear, fits well, everything you'd expect from a case. However, I don't like the ring. It's too loose to be very useful and it doesn't rotate.
Happily surprised with this, case fits nicely with raised front edge to protect phone and lenses.Follow instructions to install before trying as there are little adhesives. Overall it gives a classy look to the phone
I like it bc it's thin and feels nice. But I agree that it's not worth the price - especially because I had swapped it out with another case but came back to it and the sticky part that held the back cover on had completely disintegrated when I first took it off so now the back slides off easily.
It's sturdy but at the same time it's not so bulky. My flip phone still looks sleek. I like the ring where you can slide one of your fingers in -- it keeps my phone secured in my hand. The case has protected my phone in my recent travel.
The case is slim and clear and looks nice. On the first glance, it fits the phone perfectly. However, with the case on, volume cannot be controlled. Volume up won't work, it can only do volume down. I called customer service and they said they don't do replacement. I will be returning the case and go for a third party slim case. Buyer beware. Check for volume buttons function.
