The camera setup includes a main 12MP sensor, a wide-angle 12MP lens, a telephoto 64MP lens with 3x hybrid zoom, and a depth sensor. However, its battery life could be better. Keep in mind that the Snapdragon version may provide a better experience than the Exynos variant.

I am an Android gal. More specifically, I'm a Samsung Galaxy lover. Since my first Samsung phone, the S4, I have had the S7, S9, S20, and now the S23 Ultra. While I loved my S20, it was hard to give up the expanded external storage. The upgrades that Samsung had done since the S9, made the decision to switch easy. The overall device is fantastic. I waited 6 months after my contract ended to get the S20 and I must say, it was well worth the wait. I still use the S20 a lot. It seems strange to say, I prefer the camera on the S20 over the S23. The only negative thing I could say, is being limited on storage and colour options available with carriers. You get more options for colours when buying direct from Samsung.

An Upgrade
29 December 2022

The s20+ was definitely an upgrade from s9+ with many features. I love the moon zoom camera feature. That was a big feature to have. Only keeping the phone steady long enough to take the picture. Maybe if it had a lock on feature. I also love the super fast charging of the battery. It takes a short time to get a full charge. It's really helpful when you need a fully charged phone quick to make sure the phone is ready for anything you need in the moment. I think a neat feature could go along way if there was two batteries that have the same power but smaller to fit both. And they both would be on and running but once the first battery gets juiced the second one takes power. And as you charge the dead battery. Your running off the full battery. Making a more efficient ... MoreThe s20+ was definitely an upgrade from s9+ with many features. I love the moon zoom camera feature. That was a big feature to have. And they both would be on and running but once the first battery gets juiced the second one takes power. And as you charge the dead battery. Your running off the full battery. Making a more efficient phone charge. The interface could be more professional and playful. Like less steps to get to what your wanting the phone to do like instead of holding down the icon in the notification panel and it takes you to wifi "EX" a small drop down tab could slide down pushing notifications down to access the wifi list. And ect. Other icons. More ways to make the phone yours not look like another Samsung phone. Not just themes but away to customize the look of the phone. I love dark mode it does seem to help the battery. I think if the option to choose more colors like a dark blue or purple. More ways to change the feel of the device keeps the experience more live. As I mentioned before the s20+ was an upgrade from my previous phone and I think bringing new updates that brings the phone new features keeps that upgrade feeling. Even for the user to lock features they want to keep. Allowing the user to have more control over the phone. Over all a great phone and love the new features. And hope to see more greatness happening with samsung smartphones.

Beautiful Phone.

I was looking for a nice flagship Samsung phone for a while but was not willing to commit to a long term contract or pay over a thousand bucks. I wanted an unlocked version. Well, it pays to browse and shop around. I found this S20+ refurbished for a very good price and decided to give it a shot. The phone was shipped to me in fantastic condition with the power cable and charger in a very nice box. The entire device was completely scratch free. The cloud blue colour is absolutely gorgeous. The display was pristine. It started up right away and I was able to transfer all my data and apps over from my older Galaxy A71 with no issues, One problem I ran across was that Canadian Gadget shipped me a Japanese phone with their proprietary UI installed. It started up right away and I was able to transfer all my data and apps over from my older Galaxy A71 with no issues, One problem I ran across was that Canadian Gadget shipped me a Japanese phone with their proprietary UI installed. This was weird. How did the seller even get a Japanese phone in Canada? No matter. I disabled the Au interface immediately and everything ran without a glitch. The cameras are top notch even in low light and the 30X zoom is amazing. Having a phone with a 120 Hz refresh rate DOES make a difference. It's very, very nice and incredibly smooth. The phone updated to Android 12 and the latest security updates which is great. It should be solid for a good long while. The only other problem is that the phone can't connect here to Bell's 3G or 4G network. This isn't a problem with the phone or the SIM card (which I replaced), it's Bell. Once I'm closer to downtown the phone connects immediately (might switch to a different carrier). Minor issue as I have a landline anyway at home and use WIFI for text messages, downloads, streaming and whatnot. Finally: battery. With 120Hz enabled the battery drains quickly. I'm still getting all day usage no problem. Battery health is at 83% which is perfectly fine for a 3 year old device. I'll probably replace the battery in a year or so anyway as I plan on keeping this phone because it is awesome. Caveat: check your carrier's network before buying ANY phone. Shipping was prompt. Dinged one star for shipping me a Japanese phone.

I AM PROOF THAT SAMSUNG PHONES ARE THE BEST. THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR S 20+I have had this phone for over 3 years now and even to this day it just handles all my application smoothly. Now why do I write this review? Well there was this incident which happened last year. I was kayaking in Marigot Bay ( It's a place in Saint Lucia, Carrebians) and my boat capsized. Unfortunately I had my mobile in my pocket which fell of in the sea water. The depth was nearly 2 meters and I was holding onto the boat with the support of a nearby rock. I had lost hope of finding my phone and if I did I was sure its gone for a toast. I was waiting on that rock for nearly 45 minutes.... Yes,,, 45 minutes. Thats when the divers came.. It was still working like nothing happened..... On a precautionary note I switched it off for 2 days and kept its with dry rice to soak out the moisture... Till today its working like a brand new phone...I have my confidence in Samsung which Samsung has earned.....

The Hidden Gem of Smart Phones Money Can Buy!!!

I picked up this device about two years ago coming from a Galaxy S8 Plus and I was completely blown away! This phone is one of the best phones Samsung has ever made! The first thing I had to test out when I first got the phone was the 120hz refresh and man is it a night and day difference with the smoother experience it makes just navigating and scrolling through apps! If you've never used a 120hz screen before you'll never want to turn it off after experiencing it on the phone! If you enjoy watching content and love those bright vibrant colors then you will love this phone. It boasts a 6.7 Amoled screen which is plenty huge for a mobile display and on top of that having one of the best displays on the market, what more can you ask for!? While the camera isn't the best anymore as it is 2022 the shots and videos that this phone can take are still astonishing! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed with this phone's camera performance! Last but not least this phone is the last Series S phone to still have a micro sd card which is a nice feature to still have as most phones now are moving away from including this

Galaxy S20 plus. It's a pretty awesome phone and the camera is amazing. There are tons of videos online for setting up and using the phone. I needed a sturdy phone with a really good camera but couldn't afford a new flagship phone, so refurbished is a viable alternative. The phone I received was described as excellent and it really is like brand new. No scratches, dings, or flaws anywhere on the phone. Normal Samsung and Google bloatware. Some of it you can remove if you want to. The Aura Blue is very beautiful. Since the phone is glass front and back it is pretty slippery so you will probably want a case on it. Worst Samsung I've Ever Owned

ive now had this phone for 2 years and can honestly say this is the crappiest samsung phone ive ever owned (and ive owned samsungs before they were smartphones)pros:- long battery life. even after 2 years it'll still last almost 2 days-very fast in generalcons:-about half the features of an s9-if you use this for work the email apps won't sync-no split screens and the "window" option exits constantly-i don't know what kind of glass the screen is made with but it cracks if you sneeze which is a real problem if you value a dollar and have the insurance. It'll take the first word of every sentence you type and replace it with the last word of your last sentence.I feel like for the 1200 bucks I spent 2 years paying and the multiple broken screens I paid out of pocket to have replaced, it might just be time to look into getting a different brand if this is the best they can do. or maybe this is just the new norm.

Love it, am really happy with it. The battery lasts the full day, even with the copious amount of gaming and phone catch up I've been doing. Only a couple of faint surface marks, just as stated could be. They aren't noticeable unless really search for them. It's amazing clicking on the camera & it opens straight away, The camera is also great. It's super light, and even though I have small hands, it's not too wide to be uncomfortable. I've been making do with a constantly draining, overheating phone with a faulty camera for over 4 years. I am more than please with this new phone of mine.
