The phone is currently not very powerful in the market and is not widely available. They are rarely available in stores. But it will probably enter the market seriously in the next week or two. If I want to determine the price of this phone, I will say its value is less, why? The user interface and speaker are very responsive. In general, for the lower price, it can be said that it has an extremely high purchase value.

So after using my J5Pro for 5 years it started getting slow and having slight /medium battery issues. Pretty damn good for 5 years though. Because that mid range phone from samsung was so awesome I said I would never buy flagship phones again (unless I was super rich lol).So after researching for a couple of weeks I chose this samsung A73.Love the colour. The battery is ok but not great. I'm guessing these bigger phones use more battery rather than the battery being bad but I'm no expert. Having a bigger screen is fab for my old eyes and all the reading I do. I can't complain because It is a big upgrade from my old J5pro. I really hope it lasts 5 years. Not worth the price. 1) The battery drains really fast and does not even last a complete day with a full charge (Even with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, hotspot all turned off). 2) Cannot use dual sim (it's either a second sim or external memory card. cannot use both at the same time).3) No headphone jack, no adapter,4) Camera quality is just normal and nothing exceptional. For this price tag you expect better quality but Samsung does not deliver.5) The phone is too long and its extremely difficult to swipe or click somthing even in the middle with your thumb. Cannot keep it properly in the pocket of shorts especially while driving a bike.Overall I think the negatives are more than anything positive on this phone. It's not worth the price. I bought the Galaxy A73 5G months ago and think it's the right time for me to comment on this smartphone. Before I get into the benefits, there are a few drawbacks to this product. For the build quality, for example, I don't expect to spend my own money on a smartphone that has worse build quality than my first-batch Galaxy A50. The Galaxy A73 5G's back cover, power key, and volume keys feel poorly built and are loose whenever I touch them. Apart from that, the Galaxy A73 might be crushed when loading some games, such as Genshin Impact, which means you can't do anything unless you force reboot it or the device itself reboots. The Galaxy A73 lacks a 3.5 mm jack, which is unfortunate for me because I prefer to listen to music with wired headphones, but it's acceptable ... MoreI bought the Galaxy A73 5G months ago and think it's the right time for me to comment on this smartphone. Before I get into the benefits, there are a few drawbacks to this product. Apart from that, the Galaxy A73 might be crushed when loading some games, such as Genshin Impact, which means you can't do anything unless you force reboot it or the device itself reboots. The Galaxy A73 lacks a 3.5 mm jack, which is unfortunate for me because I prefer to listen to music with wired headphones, but it's acceptable since the jack was removed in order to obtain water resistance. Another major issue is that I hope Samsung could add some necessary accessories like a charger (either the latest one or a 15W charger is also enough), transparent casing, and a screen protector, just like back in 2019 when I purchased the Galaxy A50, and get everything I need. This is vital because this action will attract a lot of potential consumers and reduce plenty of expenses for existing consumers like us.Nevertheless, the Galaxy A73 5G still wins my heart because it has tonnes of advantages. The screen itself was extraordinary; it was very smooth, thanks to 120 Hz refresh rates, and it was rich in colour while remaining the perfect size. The handling was superb; it handles well in my hand. Maybe you're worried that the phone will crash while playing games; I'm not sure why, but it's undeniably true that I felt zero lag when I was playing Genshin Impact and set everything in the display settings to the highest. The 256 GB was a big capacity for plenty of us, which means you can save more and more memories into the Galaxy A73 5G without using an SD card. The charging speed was satisfactory, even though I only use the 15-watt charger. Yet this phone comes with Samsung Wallet, which means you can enjoy a more convenient payment method by using it. The Galaxy A73 5G is also equipped with a good camera and has great exploration capabilities. To summarize, this is a great smartphone for you if you want an easy-to-use smartphone with high C/P rates and a budget of around RM 2,000. I think this is one of the best choices in this price range.
I was in the market looking for a replacement for my Note 8 because the annoying banks have decided to stop supporting Android 9(looking at both of you, PBE Bank and AmBank) this year. Seeing as the pandemic has given Samsung to raise prices to insane levels(Rm6.1K for a S23 Ultra 1TB?! Really, Samsung?!), my choices were limited. I decided to wait for the A54. But boy was I glad I stumbled upon the A73. Rm1.6k for a phone with 3 more years worth of Android OS updates and 4 more years of security updates. With the rumors out there saying the A54 is gonna cost as much as RM2.7k for the top spec version, I decided to go with A73. For the most part, if your previous phone was Samsung, it won’t be any different here. However it does feel like downgrade it some parts. ... MoreI was in the market looking for a replacement for my Note 8 because the annoying banks have decided to stop supporting Android 9(looking at both of you, PBE Bank and AmBank) this year. Things I do miss are the headphone jack(no, I refuse to purchase a bluetooth headphone), Iris Scanner, USB 3.0 port(Y2K called and they want their USB 2.0 back), heart rate sensor, and of course SPEN. Overall the A73, meets my entire bare minimum requirement of a modern day mid range smartphone.
After looking at reviews from all sources about this phone I decided to buy this phone a few weeks ago to replace my LG thinq which was breaking down. The A73 has all the features I am looking for. It is a little more complicated than my Lg to navigate around, but now getting to know the ropes. It has a smooth touch screen, excellent picture quality, love the zoom on the camera, good sound compared to many mobiles, even my wife commented on it. The phone has a nice feel about it and for an upper midrange phone it doesn't disappoint. There is still a lot I need to work out yet.One disappointment is that you cannot add your own ringtone to messages as I could with my previous mobiles, I would like to see this feature added in the future. So it lost a star for not having this feature and the bloat ware.Value for money, fortunately I got it on sale, however as for the recommended retail price it is a little pricey I feel.Overall I am happy with this phone, and no issues yet. And hopefully the A74 will be as good a one as this phone is.
I've had this phone for about 8 months. I thought I was upgrading from my Oppo Reno z after reading the stats and reviews. Boy, was I wrong. Ignoring the fact that you have to pay extra for a charger etc. This has to be the dumbest smart phone I've owned. I will list the cons below so those looking to buy can make informed decisions.1. The face recognition works about 30% of the time2. Bluetooth connectivity is extremely slow and often requires manual selection. It rarely connects to what it was previously connected to. After a short stop in the car I have to spend a few minutes after I've started it again to get my phone connected.3. The camera is garbage for the amount of pixels. I'd go as far as saying it is the worst phone camera I've used.4. The screen ... MoreI've had this phone for about 8 months. Need to turn brightness all the way up when outside and even then I often still feel like I'm having to step inside to read what's on the screen6. Auto rotation is slow, I find myself having to shake the phone to get it to rotate the screen.7. Vibrate mode is mostly silent and rarely vibrates. I'm constantly missing calls when it's on vibrate mode.In conclusion, this phone has a lot of faults that make it impossible to enjoy and I'm really annoyed that I have spent this much money on absolute garbage.
I bought this phone about 3 months ago due to the excellent reviews I'd read online, but it has not lived up to the standard I expected. I had an Oppo Reno Z prior to this and genuinely thought I was upgrading by getting this phone, but the features are nowhere near as good as the Oppo. For instance, when I zoom in while recording, the video doesn't zoom gradually and the sound cuts out while it's zooming. The maximum time option for leaving my screen on is 10 minutes (so the screen turns off while I'm listening to music - which means while driving, my passengers can't change song unless I unlock the phone for them). The keyboard layout sucks, it's not easy to access emojis. Bought a Samsung A73 while the mobile phone is usable and operating well . Yes they would cost more but they would last longer???I tried Bluetooth earphones but they are so small they keep getting lost atleast with wired ones I find that they hardly get lost even though they are misplaced.Samsung please explain!
Keep looking elsewhere. I believed the good reviews - terribly disappointed. Not worth the price.1) No headphone jack. The USB-C to Audio adaptors don't work, so you'll have to buy crappy USB-c headphones, or blu-tooth. Being able to use headphones is a basic standard setting - yet is a massive fail on this phone.2) Camera quality is only normal & nothing exceptional (same as my old oppo). Cannot keep it properly in the pocket of shorts especially while driving a bike.Overall the negatives outweigh positives on this phone. I regret buying it & would not recommend anyone to buy it.
