Great looking product and i am happy with the look, although putting it together was a task as it’s fiddly little bolts and nuts everywhere and very vague instructions (and i build houses for a living). No pics as i am still working out the layout.

I rang and was placed on hold for 94 minutes before finally being answered by a call centre overseas to then be told that I will have to wait until they receive information from the supplier. Very unprofessional. I am not sure I will deal with this company again

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. You haven’t delivered the entire couch yet so I think it’s terrible. I have been trying to work with your customer team to get the missing pieces delivered but so far have had no luck. If you are really interested in my feedback perhaps someone with the ability to rectify the problem could give me a call.

Installation instructions were not good, and the lounge set comes fully uninstalled. takes about 7-8 hours to put together.The lounge set/Chair height is lower than a typical lounge set and cushions are slim so 5. 5/10 in terms of comfort.
Instructions are quite poor and confusing. Can’t connect the pin in between items on step 2 of instructions! The pin doesn’t reach to the washer. I have installed many items but this is very challenging. Called for support but no luck unfortunately
So impossible to put together my husband had to drill holes into places where the screws wouldn’t fit in we had to add other parts in Did not come with the piece of furniture. The instructions we got were for four seater. We got the six seater. I have bought a lot of stuff from fantastic furniture over the years. This is the worst piece of furniture I ever got in my life from.
Something I would expect from the reject shop. No back support and legs do not align what so ever.
The product is poor quality very flimsy and takes around 7 hours to put together also one of our cushions has a rip in it I put in a request for a replacement but I have had no reply from the company and it’s now been 2 weeks so unprofessional
The setting itself is great other than the back cushions could do with a bit more padding.Other than this the reason I gave 4 stars is that some of the parts were also labeled incorrectly which made the assembly process much harder than it needed to be. Once I figured out your mistake it all went together perfectly.
you get what you pay for, the cushions are very thin and the weave is not going to last more than a season or two
