Im very pleased with this machine. Doing great coffee and even better than coffee shop. Looks very nice in our kitchen and doesn't take too much space. Tried couple of different machines but this one is a winner.

All in all a great machine, making excellent coffee, just the way you want it. Full selection of coffee styles and easy to use once you have got used to the various programmable functions. Coffee making takes a little longer than a fully automatic machine but is well worth the wait.
I love the coffee from this machine it is better than any coffee shop. It looks great in my kitchen and my partner is always making me coffee now! Win win!My only regret is that I didn’t purchase the extra cover incase I have any problems with it, I thought I would be able to add it on after but turns out I can’t.
We got this machine as the replacement for our automatic one. It works great! After finding the beans that serve our taste (low acidic robusta) we are enjoying amazing coffee. I love my flat white and it feels like it is from my fav coffee shop!
We recently decided to buy ourselves a 'proper' coffee machine, and after looking at various ones from the likes of Sage and other brands, we decided on this one. The footprint is small, which does make a difference, as some can take the whole worktop up. The quality is good, it feels and looks good. It feels substantial and well made. The extra year guarantee is a nice touch. It makes great coffee too, even for a novice, it is very easy to make a cafe quality drink. Great machine and great service from Lakeland.
Picked this up a few months ago as an upgrade to the Barista Express.This is such a great machine, the steam wand works phenomenally with full fat milk, not so much with semi skimmed, but I'm not taking off marks for that.Easy to get up and running, and now puts milk based drinks back on the agenda as I didn't have time to be standing steaming milk with 3 kids running around.Excellent machine!
Really happy with the purchase. I always have been a big fan of the Bialetti Moka in combo with the bialetti frotter. But this machine gave my love for coffee a new dimension! Makin your cappuccino in the morning is so much satisfying! Lucky we have youtube to learn a lot about the machine. Coffee drinks are very easy to create and taste overall very good, I have some trouble to get a perfect espresso out of the machine. Typically it is too bitter or sauer. Difficult to find the right balance. I had to do twice descaling in a row after 3 months in order to get the milk foaming system working again. unfortunately, the machine did not advise me on this, but the support knew the problem and even sent me descaling fluid for free. Great customer service.
once you try this machine and get the results it produces you will never go back to instant or cheap coffee again rapid heat up around 3 secs built in grinder excellent results every time takes a while to get the machine set up the way you personally like it a lot of trial and error but all part of the fun. If this is in your price range its worth every penny highly recommend.
