Royal Canin West Highland White Terrier Adult Dry Dog Food 3 kg

My 13 l/2 year old Westie,Sudie, is doing great on this dry food. I occasionally add some chicken thigh meet as a special treat. She is doing great for an older dog and looks forward to breakfast and dinner with her special Westie food. A special treat for her is a daily ride in the golf cart where she attracts a lot of attention from neighbors and golfers.

My Westy does so well on this food. We had tried a few others, and he had digestive issues and skin issues. Once I switched him to this, he has been healthy with a nice coat and skin. I recommend this formula for other West Highland white terrier owners.

My dog(westie cross Japanese spitz) wasn't eating biscuits for a while and I wanted him to start again. A friend had started her dog on royal canine and said they cater for all dog breeds. I went to the pet store and looked at the variety they had. I spot the west highlander food and thought I'll give it a go. My dog now loves his biscuits and I'd be recommending this brand to other dog owners that struggle with there pups/dogs that won't eat biscuits.

Great product! My Westie Loves It!

I've been feeding my Westie this food for about 3 years now and he loves it! Plus he doesn't have skin allergies like my previous Westie did. I think it has a great balance of vitamins and ingredients that do not contribute to allergies in Westies. I highly recommend this product!

Great when you can find it!

This is the only food my little guy has been able to eat without any digestive symptoms. My guys has grown to be a fuzzy eater and this has been a golden find. The only problems I've experienced is it's gone out of stock on a few occasions now literally everywhere, leaving us to try other foods to get by. If you find it, and your pup eats it, order extra to have on hand.

My dog loves it!

I've had my Westie for 5yrs and started feeding him the RC Mini Adult (I buy the largest bag always) and he took to it right away, until two months ago I noticed you finally started selling the breed specific version for Westies (only the small 2.5lb bags is available). So I tried it and again right away he loved it! My dog licks the bowl he loves this stuff so much and I like how RC ensures what is in the food is right for the breed. My only con with this particular breed specific food for West Highland White Terriers, is the larger bags (10lbs) are not sold at the larger retailers like Pestmart and Petco where its convenient for me to buy and I hate buying these 2.5lb bags every other week. My westie loves it!

Fantastic food my westie showed huge improvements in his coat, stools and windy bottom within weeks of switching to this diet. It is more expensive than some brands but you really do get what you pay for.I was fortunate to speak to a rep from Royal Canin who explained the nutritional science behind their diets which by far justifies the cost, I adore my little man and want him to be as happy and healthy as possible and in my opinion this food is helping me do that.

Perfect for my Pooch

I bought this after a year of using another big brand which always left Brewster with a slightly runny tummy. Easier smaller pellets, always eaten and finally..... easier poo to pick up!. He also has excellent skin and lovely eyes - that may be due to the food or it could be my rose coloured glasses when I look at my baby. Seriously, I find this a great food specific for Westies.

Please put this back into availabiltiy

I switched to this food years years ago for my two Westies and it has been the best food for them. They have been healthy and no skin problems. I am down to half of a bag and I am so sad to have to switch them to a different food. I hope this goes back into production very soon.

Puppy to Adult

We have just gradually changed our puppy over to the west highland white terrier adult dog food from his puppy food. He has shown no distaste to the change over. He actually seeks out the adult food from the puppy kibble in his bowl. We will be giving only adult food to him now.
