Performance:10/10Quality:10/10Suitability:10/10Everything's fine with the product but the packaging sucks. It's difficult to open. The whole thing was bubble wrapped and then boxed. And then inside the box were more bubble wraps. Lots of masking tapes. Bad for the environment. It's just annoying to open. Can't shopee do something about their courier service so that sellers won't need to over package their items?? Or maybe encourage a more sustainable packaging. This sucks.

I have had two cats pass from renal failure and they would not touch any of the renal foods that the vet gave me to sample. One of my cats has just been diagnosed with the beginnings of renal failure and the vet gave me two packs of RC to try and one other. Well they both gobbled down the Special biscuits, they also ate the other RC food and would not touch the other one. I asked the vet for another sample of the Special (cats are fickle!) and he gave me two samples which again were gobbled up. The great thing is that my other cat also loves these biscuits so we are all impressed!

My cat with stage 3 ckd has transferred onto the renal diet with little success with the wet pouches of food. So we feed him his normal wet food with ipakitin phosphorus binder. Luckily he really likes the royal canin and Hills renal dry biscuits. What a relief!!

My cat is 19 years old and has some renal failure. She is required to be on a special renal diet but will not eat any renal products other than Royal Canin fish Veterinary Diet. Admittedly she will only eat it if mixed with Fancy Feast Seafood Classic Pate. Yes she is fussy but after being such a loving part of my life for 18 years (she was a rescue) she is entitled to every comfort I can provide for her.
My cat only eats dry food and was recently diagnosed with early stage chronic kidney disease (CKD). I tried to convert her to renal wet food without success and she was not keen on the renal biscuits I gave her either. I saw that the Royal Canin Renal Special has a slightly different taste and smell so tried her on these. She eats them happily and even eats them as treats (which is much better for her condition than other treats).
