I bought this appliance when we first entered our new house. It was in the heart of the winter months (I think it was June or July). I could not get this model of Rinnai gas heater anywhere in Sydney then decided I'd try Winning Appliances. It was deliver to me the day after I purchased it online and the delivery was free. Just like my previous experience with Winning Appliances. I previously bought a washing machine from them and both the price and my experience with Winning Appliances was legendary. Good for people like me - retired and with little money to spare.

I purchased my K561FTN Rinnai natural gas heater from Appliances Online three weeks ago. It was my first purchase from them and I received a good deal and with very prompt and careful delivery. The gas heater was quickly installed by my own gas fitter without any problems at all.My new Rinnai gas heater produces no smell and is easy to operate and warms a large family, dining and kitchen area. It is 100% better than our previous un-flued gas heater. It is a very attractive, efficient, unobtrusive gas heater. We are extremely happy with it and would thoroughly recommend it..
I had replaced my ancient Rinnai 553 which broke. This was a great replacement and works very easily.
Purchased this heater as a supplementary heater to our electric heating. As it turns out,it is better.Use it all the time
Love this brand Rinnai previous heater was Rinnai lasted over10 years which influenced me to go Rinnai again. The K559ftn exceeded my expectations in heating my open planned house, highly recommend this unit.
I bought this in 2017 and it has kept our large house warm every winter
