I’ve just received my 4th order from Beauty Affairs. Their range is amazing and there is always great promotions on so I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price. I love the free samples and bonus gifts. Quick delivery and on the one occasion that I had an issue with a gift card, they fixed it up straight away for me. Love this company!

I’m not really here to talk about the products although it is actually something I absolutely love right now (olaplex) and I absolutely do recommend it especially for people like me who has over stressed hair due to constantly bleaching and coloring! I finally found something to help my hair!

Love this company! I’ve made multiple orders and have been very impressed with the range of products and amazing customer service, plus the generous samples. Recently experienced a internal issue where my order was accidentally cancelled so I had to follow up to rectify. The beauty consultant got back to me almost immediately. She was so apologetic and understanding and resolved the matter promptly and professionally. It will not deter me from using Beauty Affairs in the future, I’ve recommended adore to my friends and family and look forward to my next purchase. ❤

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Simply wonderful customer service. Prompt delivery, a couple of surprise goodies in every box and outstanding support when things don’t go as planned. My parcel was “delivered” by a company and I couldn’t find it for days. Anna from Beauty Affairs REPLACED it, added extra goodies at no cost and sent it via Australia Post. Anna was just brilliant. Kind, empathetic and very professional. Thank you so much to a wonderful company.

Placed my order on a Saturday morning and received it by Tuesday morning. Super happy with the fast delivery especially since it included live tracking. Everything that I ordered was in the box and it was well packed. A very reliable site to buy your beauty products from. I will definitely purchase from here again. Thanks :)

They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that. If I ever want to gift someone, I know some cosmetic products I will be going through Beauty Affairs.
