Frame and weight system is good quality and very functional. However I find the gamma arm attachments and the other frame attachments as in the knee cushion for lat pull downs non secure and loose fitting. Also the bench that comes with this gym is total junk as when you want to raise the seat back it slides all the way back to the rear so if you want to use the gamma attachments for chest press it basically just tips you backwards as soon as you apply pressure.Really bad bench.
