I bought this and the k617 Fizz at the same time, have used both for about a week each.k630RGB Dragonborn;- keycaps are nice, font is clean and legible. Fn shortcuts include Navigation, Function, and RGB keys.- Outemu brown switches are tactile, slightly heavier than the reds but still comfortable.- RGB shortcuts let you; switch between 11 stock RGB effects, change brightness, colour, and speed.- The RGB lighting on this keyboard is noticeably less vibrant than the k617 Fizz. I've swapped keycaps and switches with no noticeable difference.- Software installed with no issues, scanned with VirusTotal and found no threats. It's simple and self explanatory. Can record macros and customize some RGB profiles.I haven't noticed any difference in key response times. ... If you're familiar with a mechanical keyboard and various switches then you'll understand that this is a decent board for $30 (may have been on sale). Is it amazing? No, it's a $30 mechanical keyboard. It's a good entry-level keyboard and the switches feel OK, space bar takes a bit more pressure than I would like to activate. Also stuck with the pinkish light color. Again, can't beat the price for what you get though.

I recently purchased the REDRAGON Dragonborn TKL gaming keyboard and I'm loving it. The mechanical brown switches are super responsive and feel great to type on. The compact size is perfect for my desk setup, and the backlighting is a nice touch. The price is definitely right for all the features you get. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the REDRAGON Dragonborn keyboard to other gamers.

There is either an issue with a specific batch or nobody here posted about it. You LITERALLY cannot Alt+F4, Ctrl+Alt+Del, etc and you cannot update the firmware. I looked online and this has come up on forums and other sites and the condenses is it only applies to the pink lit version. The RGB version is perfectly fine.I bought this exact keyboard from Best Buy and returned it the next day after extensive troubleshooting and research. No drivers, no firmware.Skip it and get the RGB version and save yourself a massive headache and frustration.
Okay, not great. Even though it claims to support hot-swap keys, the spacing of the contacts or the plate is just off enough to bend the pins on standard cherry mx style switches. I lost about 10 burnt box oranges, thinking it was something with how I was inserting them. It does fit standard MX stem keycaps just fine, however. It's going in the closet as a backup keyboard. Grabbed a GMMK Pro barebones instead. I can tell you if you can afford it it's worth every penny the build quality is truly impeccable. I have several hand-built split and ortho-linear keyboards, the GMMK pro punches way above its weight, if it was part of a bespoke group buy the barebones would easily be 225+. Do your research before buying. Brown Switches, awesome feel, cool red dragon style font on keys. Yes it’s only 1 color, witch is a brilliant pink. Type C wired connection. 10/10 amazing would recommend. Looks amazing plays even better👍🏼👍🏼
This is the review the gamers are looking for personally, I play Fortnite, call of duty and other games and yes, if you’re wondering YES 100% buy this keyboard it is good and it looks clean with your set up, trust me I have experience. I’ve been using it for a little over 4 to 5 months and it’s still working perfectly fine. No problems whatsoever.
I grabbed the only one that was at my local BestBuy honestly because I wanted to try a 60% layout. I knew what I was getting when I was looking at the box, but there was more than what I was expecting.Originally I was expecting just the 60% layout, the pink backlighting, and the function layers. But when I read the manual, there were more features packed into this!To start, there is Macro Recording on the function layer over the Backspace key, this feature works without the need of any external software. However, it is only limited to the 61 keys on the keyboard.Second, on the back of the box, it states that the keyboard is hot-swappable. However, it is only limited to the 61 keys on the keyboard.Second, on the back of the box, it states that the keyboard is hot-swappable. To confirm that, Redragon also included a switch puller, and four switch samples you can hotswap with.Although it's a bit difficult to pull the switches out with the included puller, the hotswap functionality does work.(Note: The pullers can scratch the keycap sides if you are not careful with them!)As stated on the item, it has Redragon's own Brown Switches. These are tactile switches with a bump that occur during the key travel to provide tactility. I'm quite fond with these switches, even if the tactility is weak. The keyboard's hot-swappable PCB allows you to swap out the switches with other Redragon switches.(Note: This feature may not work with switches other than Redragon's.)Now, because this keyboard has a 60% layout, you will lose access to useful keys that are mainly on larger boards (e.g the Arrow Cluster.)Although they are still accessable with the use of the function key, some key combinations (such as Alt+Fn+F4) will not work because Ctrl and Alt do not register in the function layer.Getting used to the smaller layout was no big trouble because I had my main keyboard set aside.Lastly, the backlighting is pretty simple with pink being the only color, but it is also loaded with 19 different light patterns (according to the manual) to make the backlighting look more lively.Overall, this is a nice, small, and compact keyboard that, despite it's small size, can fulfil it's duty as a gaming keyboard, and is within reach for smaller budgets.
Nice small mechanical keyboard. Looks nice and the brown switches are great as well. Only thing i wish was different would be to actually have rgb rather than one single color. Highly recommend this keyboard.
surprisingly high quality build for its price. The keys feel great. The software however, is suspicious and not functional. If you dont mind sticking with default rgb colors Its great.
