This is my second phone from the note series Xiaomi has released. The only reason I am on my second one is because I managed to lose the note 10 pro which I had for a year and a half and was working perfectly. The fast charging and battery life in this phone is what stands out the most as charging time only takes on average 20 mins and you can get a full day with high usage and I've often gotten 2 days with regular use. Haven't used the camera much but I can say it's definitely not bad but I can't really tell how good it is as I just don't use it enough. Processor is fast and has plenty of ram for 99 percent of things you will have to do on a phone. Last thing is the screen, looks amazing with nice responsiveness as a result of it being 120hz. Good camera.Good storage.Volume could be better.I purchased a screen saver and a protective case. The screensaver cracked within 2 day's, and I used the case that came with the phone, so I haven't used the one I purchased. Can I return this item?

Sent it back! Within 15 minutes of using it it was reset and back in the box. Not a full version of Android, it has their own version, making it extremely difficult to use and navigate round. Jammed full of apps and games I'll never use, some you can't uninstall or disable like you can in other Android phones.
I got this phone. They sent me an indian version phone but with international software!!! So upset from this product. Shame !!
