Ray Ban RB3449 Sunglasses Silver

These are some of the best looking sunglasses in the Ray Ban lineup, and the lenses are spectacular for driving because of the gradient. Unfortunately, I've been very disappointed with the build quality.I've owned two pairs now, and the lenses have completely detached from the frame on both pairs due to a design flaw in the screws that hold the lenses to the frame. On the most recent pair, both of these exterior screws have fallen off, leaving the lenses dangling by the interior button alone. This is especially problematic because the exterior button is not circular but oval-shaped, and can only be fixed using this proprietary oval shaped button which Ray Ban does not offer as replacement part for purchase. For price that I've paid individually and in sum, that's unacceptable. At the very least, Ray Ban should make these parts available for this model as it is a flaw in the design of the product.

I recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses and I love them. The sleek and stylish design adds sophistication to my look. The frame is durable and the lenses provide clear vision and UV protection. They are comfortable to wear for long periods and can be dressed up or down. Although they are a bit pricey, the quality and style make them worth it. I highly recommend Ray-Ban glasses for their durability, comfort, and timeless style.

Amazing glasses

It's a second glasses of this type. Previous one were scratched and should be replaced after 5+ years of hard usage. So, I decided to order absolutely same glasses. Myer proposed a special offer for it and new glasses were delivered. Amazing for driving, beach, and sunny weather.

Disappointed!

This is my second pair of the shiny/green and they look nothing like the original. They are a dark copper PINK! 😡 My original pair was a true shiny/green, more like the photo. sadly, the quality is so crappy on these that one lens is solid copper/pink and the other has a hint of green, but enough to notice the two do not match. Apparently, the quality workmanship of Ray Ban has swindled. There is no excuse for this!

Good looking but not made so well for Rx lenses

I always loved Rayban Aviators, especially half-rimless. But it you need Rx lenses installed there are concerns. I had an older model# frame with bolt-nut attachments. These tended to crack the Rx lenses after a couple of years. Rayban seems to have re-designed this for the replacement model# RB3449 to a screw-into-anchor type. But this is actually worse and the local Labs have trouble with it. My Rx lenses in the 3449 cracked after 2 weeks. The lab made new lenses, but then damaged my 3449 frame, and had to order me another. Cracks are already starting again after only 4 months. If your eyesight is 20/20 or you wear contacts...fine with the stock lenses. But I DONT recommend these for Rx lenses. Currently looking for a different brand, as there wont last.

Great Quality

Love the rimless light weight feel of these sunglasses, however the constantly get caught in my hair when I slide them up off my face. This is my 1st pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, I usually wear Maui Jim’s. The Sugar Beach Maui’s don’t get stuck in the hair. I love my Ray Ban prescription glasses, and these are great quality as well.

Looks better than quality

I have received two pairs of these sunglasses now with stripped screws that result in the lens not being attached to the frames. Just poor quality for $175 sunglasses… I have reached out to customer service multiple times regarding this disappointment. Despite them sending a 2nd pair; the newest pair once again came with the same issue.

Nope! Too small prob better for teens

The pictures are a bit deceiving because Ray bans despite their popularity don't necessarily fit everyone's face. These arent normal size to me and I already own Ray bans. Granted my face is round so not all sunglasses fit but as soon as I opened the box I knew they were too small. I quickly returned them.

disappointing buy

I am a Ray-ban kind of girl. You can always find me wearing them. However, this buy was not good at all. Wore them the first week and the nose pads fell off. I was able to put them back on, but then they fell off again. For glasses costing $178 nothing within the first week should be falling off. The lens are a bit too big for a them being meant for female. Though, I do like the copper coloring. Over all this buy was really disappointing and I might have to find another sunglass company.Ps. I have tired to return, but due to the high level of calls it's very frustrating to get through! Unfortunately, I threw away the original packaging, I mean why keep it around to collect dust? love the look of these !

So I got these because my RB 8317ch were discontinued and could not find them for the life of me then I stumbled upon these as a replacement like the model up from what they were and never though I’d say it but I love these more !! The reflecting blue lenses that’s polarized and have no silver framing around the bottom are wayyyy better Looking. The only bad thing I didn’t like is the metal stem around the sides but it’s definitely it that bad I was used to the carbon stems but these will do. I’d definitely recommend these to anyone looking for something polarized and good looking unisex. My fiancée tried them on and wanted to steal them from me lol !! These are tha bomb!!
