I originally purchased the liquid highlighter from this brand, and saw that the liquid, and the powder, made a nice duo. So I decided to purchase it. At first opening, it was a little bit difficult to open, but I figure it out and being more gentle is your friend! I’ve heard a lot about it cracking, but so far i’ve just been gentle and it’s great! This highlighter is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve seen, and blends so beautifully. It lasts a long time, and the pigmentation is there!! (As I expected from Rare Beauty) There is no scent, and it is great on my acne-prone, oily skin! Other than it being a little pricey, it’s worth it, and I imagine will last awhile. Go try this out!

It’s very buildable, blends very easily, and is perfect for either the inner corner of your eye or just surface highlighting on your cheeks or nose. This is a perfect product to keep on your vanity but definitely not fit for travel. I’m so mad this broke not once but twice!! I got it and it came broken! Sephora was so nice to give a new one and then a few months later it fell on my vanity when I went to grab it (not even from a high height) and broke again!!! This is the cheapest packaging I’ve ever seen and it’s difficult to even open! Wow wow wow. This highlighter is everything. So pigmented. A little goes a long way. So reflective and bright! I luckily did not have the issue with receiving a broken highlighter like many of you have. I did learn to be very gentle with her and I always keep her in the box she came in for extra protection. I am very pale / fair skinned and I went for shade Exhilarate (gold champagne). It looks stunning. The Enlighten was too striking and white for my personal taste. This highlighter is so silky and finely milled. Not sparkly or metallic looking. Very refined bright glow. I would not use this at work (I work a very professional finance job). I really loved the Rare Beauty Powder Highlighter in "Enlighten." The glow it gives is stunning—bright, luminous, and buildable, perfect for when I want to dial up the radiance without looking too glittery. The shade is beautiful and works perfectly with my skin tone, creating that seamless, lit-from-within look. Unfortunately, my experience with the packaging wasn’t great. It arrived broken, and despite being careful with it, the highlighter cracked and eventually crumbled completely and fell out of the container, making it unusable. It’s a shame because the product itself was everything I was looking for in a highlighter. I just wish the packaging had been sturdier, as I didn’t get to enjoy it for long.

Enlighten gives me that noticeable highlighter finish that I prefer, it shows up, and stays on with one gentle dip in the compact. Moonstone is so radiant to where I had to be aggressive with my brush in order to get any product on it from the compact, and do that a few times to get anything to show up on my face (hence why the pan looks so beatend up, because I had to go rounds w/it like mortal kombat lol) that being said, I see and understand why this shade gets sold out so fast. Rare's formulation is better than Dior's, it's so silky it could never apply chalky or powdery, it's so hard to go wrong with wearing this highlight. Summer, Spring, Fall, Winter, this is going to be at the front of my vanity until a $300 highlight comes along to distract me.
