Pye AM/FM Radio Alarm Clock

Great clock radio, easy to set up. Arrived promptlyfrom purchase date, overall I very happy with it, also it's nice and compact, so it fits on my bed side table perfectly.

Compact bedside clock. Love the big easy to read numbers. Easily adjusted to suite your needs for the alarm to activate. A highly recommended priced right product.

AM/FM Radio Clock

This was a birthday present for my 88 year old uncle who wanted an AM/FM type radio clock. He found it difficult to set up. (He's usually very adept at that sort of thing.) When turned off a "hissing" noise came from the item which worried him. According to the instructions, you're supposed to switch the radio clock off when you leave the room! The one hour back-up battery won't last long if you need to do this.

Always an alarm

Everything about this alarm is fine, except you cannot operate it outside of the alarm or buzzer function. The alarm function is always on. You cannot have it be a clock without an alarm or turn off the alarm before it sounds. If you don't set the alarm, it defaults to midnight. The radio or buzzer has to sound. Odd.

Instructions need enlarging

The instructions to set the time and use the radio are so small as to be unreadable. The clock radio sits in its box until I can find a person with better eyesight to set it. The time setting itself is easy to read just not setting it up. If you are elderly dont buy it.

Not user friendly

The clock looked good, however, I had difficulty when selecting a radio station for setting the alarm. It would not switch between AM & FM.

Ok but needs a better user manual.

I almost rated it poorly and was going to request a refund. I coudn't get the radio tuned properly and the stations were full of static. I eventually worked it out and the product is fine. The user directions need to be clearer and more easily understood. Larger print would also be good.

Useless

Really clunky. A number of times in its first year the alarm didn't go off. Then it stopped going off altogether. The radio also sounds terrible

Works ok, value for money ok

Happy with product. Multiple functions for each button is frustrating until you get used to using it. Better than other cheap clock radios I haveurchased

red light is ideal for nighttime as it is very subtle and good for circadian rhythm. never get white light. the clock is good and looks cool. the sound is good, but the antenna is that toy bit of wire that you have to stick to your wall which looks ugly. don't know what was wrong with the old extendable antenna.
