Best Hairspray For Light Hold That Works

I love this hairspray, it is light but holds your curls, not sticky and a great texture. My hair doesn’t hold curls well but I don’t like using hairspray with medium hold. This is perfect, doesn’t feel like anything is in your hair. Love all their products. The can is also very big…so worth the money!!

Best hairspray ever!

I have tried so many hairsprays for my fine, colored, hair and this is my absolute favorite. It holds my hair without being stiff and it smells so much better than most of the other high end hairsprays I have tried. I also love the spray nozzle that comes with this product. It never clogs and the spray comes out in a nice fine mist-no streams or spurts.

Go-to Lightweight Hairspray

I've never been a fan of using hairsprays because it makes my hair look so unnatural or dull if that makes sense. I only use it on days when I have a special occasion to attend to or on windy days, and I have to protect my hairstyle. But this one is different. It's very lightweight and soft, and it dries pretty fast. Out of all the hairsprays I've tried, this will be my go-to now. It has a similar scent to their texture finishing spray (key ingredient: sunflower seed extract), but it's still different. That's probably because of the key ingredient; orange peel oil. Hair volume dissipates after drying

The full-size spray nozzle works well, it dispenses a nice fine mist although it's a tad too forceful. After I finish my hairstyle I spray it on. But then after it dries my hair slightly droops and looses volume. Then I need to re-comb it to plump it back up. I do think I need to use a firmer hold product, although the firm hold version gets too crunchy. But even though this product has light hold I don't like how volume dissipates after this product dries. I still haven't found the hairspray that works just right.

In short Pureology really delivered with this product! I have color treated hair, so I also needed something that wouldn’t dry it out, but still held my bun & baby hairs in place. This product did just that without that stiff/hard feeling. Also when i straighten or curled my hair it kept it in place and it was a smooth finish that kept it in place nicely without it being hard to run my hands through. Before I made this review I did use this product for a month- to ensure it did what it promised. Love the smell!

I can't believe the amount of negative comments regarding the smell! I love the smell! I spray it in my ponytail just for the smell on day two and three. Just goes to show how everyone is different. The hold is soft and perfect for my Fine but thick hair. Does not feel sticky, wet or crunchy. I will repurchase the full size after trying the travel size.

Nice hold, stays soft, great packaging.

I got this as part of an influenster box & tested it many different ways. I agree with other reviews about the scent, it smells like hairspray BUT I got used to it after day 1 & it doesn’t linger.I tested this a few ways but here’s the best example of how it worked for me: I curled my hair & put hairspray before & after the hot tool. My curls lasted all day & the next day they were still there (I didn’t sleep with rollers or anything-just a scrunchie & it lasted). I put a lot but even then my hair was soft & I could run my fingers through it. That was telling for me because normally my hair drops in 30 min after I curl it.So basically, it holds & stays soft.I also really liked not having to take off the cap. They’re always cracking or getting lost for me.

Nothing soft about it

I bought this because it's silicone free and it says on the can it's a "soft finish". I used this yesterday, lightly spraying my hair. My hair was stiff, no movement. When I went to pull some curls apart, I had hair in my hands. I don't dare try to comb this stuff out, it's going to break my hair off. This is more of a supreme hold lacquer spray. If you want a soft hold, keep looking because this isn't it.

perfect gentle hold

Pureology Soft Finish Hairspray sustains a very soft and gentle hold. It is perfect for fine hair. I find most hairsprays are too heavy for my hair. Soft finish keeps my hair in place with a natural look. There is no stickiness and my hair does not look weighed down. It just has a smooth and silky softness and I love the fragrance.
