Hi,I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these feedback. In all honesty, the service and communication I received was just so terrible. Your front of house/sales team are responsive and friendly, but this is what happened with my order afterwards.I placed my order, didn't receive my tracking number despite specifically requesting it from your warehouse. Subsequently I wasn't at home when the bag was delivered and left sitting unattended.The bag delivered was the incorrect one. After calling to let your office know, I was then told by your warehouse that it would be picked up on a specific day and the correct bag would be delivered shortly after with a tracking number supplied to me.I took time out of the office to be home on the agreed day and no one showed ... MoreHi,I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these feedback. Finally got the wrong bag picked up. Tracking number for correct bag provided. I then got notified via the tracking site, that my correct bag got delivered to someone else on the other side of town. This further delayed delivery. How does this even happen?I had to not go into the office yet again to await re-delivery. The correct bag arrived with the box all ripped up but thankfully product was undamaged.I'm not someone to kick up a stink and ask for compensation for inconvenience but after I went through to get this bag delivered it would have been a nice gesture. As a result I don't think I can bring myself to purchase gym equipment from you again.If I had to recommend to other gym friends, I'd have a hard time advocating for your business.Regards,Alex(Unhappy first and last time customer)
