This kit is so much better than buying weights in lockdown. No only are they super compact but you can chuck them into your backpack and take them down to the park/beach and exercise outside really easily. So glad I got these for lockdown, they are so worth it. Would recommend buying this pack over the smaller version becuase you can customise the bands better for each exercise.

We purchased this product to train while traveling. We also purchased the performance system and the micro bands. If you are on the road a lot or you don't have much room at home these products are ideal as they are just as good as conventional weights if not better.

Great Product for Home Gym. Since it came with 2 of each resistance band I'm able to attached it to the weight stacks of my home cable gym and get even more resistance. Perfect Length, tons of combinations for different resistance. Handles are very high quality also. Very Happy!

Really great system to maintain the fitness while gyms are closed. All you need is a door! And it’s infinitely scalable and customised with additional attachments and bands.
I bought a cheap version of this from Amazon... I could immediately see why it was 1/3 of the price. There was little to no resistance in the bands, the metal attachments were so flimsy, I didn't feel safe adding resistance to them.The version from Rebel was night and day, very durable in comparison and felt like professional gym grade kit.
I love this product because it really helps develop my boxing speed and strength. The mini version is great as why do you need a resistance band as long as the other ones are? (Maybe if you're 7', I'm only 5'4". The only negative is that the door stop is pretty useless and I had to purchase the outdoor anchor for my purposes. I additionally purchased the ankle straps which are great for training your knee strikes and possibly kicks.
It’s compact so transport of this system is very easy. Quick setup and the variety of exercises if enjoyable. Overall the use of this system is great and would recommend for a beginning in you fitness journey
After buying 1 set I was so impressed I bought another 2 for family members. Great equipment for anyone looking to keep toned or to train for strength in conjunction with my home gym. I use them everyday and recommend them highly.

This product is extremely good and versatile. The amount of different weighted resistance bands is amazing and you can combine them to add even more resistance if you’re strong enough. You can use these bands pretty much anywhere as well! Depending on the body part you train, you can use it with just your foot or have it around a door for back and chest exercises. Just from this, the product is definitely worth it. Would recommend it to anyone looking to add something different effective and fun to their workout routine!
