This is an absolutely brilliant product. We had a dog who was undergoing chemotherapy and got pretty bad diarrhoea as a side effect. At its worst we were letting him out every hour during the night, which was distressing for him and us. We were recommended Pro-Kolin by our vet and within a day or so he was much better. We continued using this long-term and aside form the odd now and then he was fine.This product undoubtedly gave him a much better quality of life during his treatment and I'd absolutely recommend it.

This product is amazing. My dog suffers with an upset stomach usually due to eating rubbish people leave in parks and pathways e.g. chips, bits of pizza and other throwaway food.My vet recommended this product and I used it along with other medication but when it happened again I bought this product on line and it does the trick like magic.A real stomach soother,the problem is usually cleared within 24 - 48 hours without expensive antibiotics. Fabulous product I can highly recommend. It is very palatable, my dog just takes it from my hand and it lasts for ages even when opened.

We had this prescribed by the vet the first time Blue had an extended bout of diarrhea. It works well in combination with a bland diet to get a poorly tum back to normal. It mixes in easily into wet food (Lily's Kitchen rescue remedy) & is palatable enough if mixed with chicken & rice. The syringe style makes it really easy to give the right amount. Will use again.

Our yorkie-poo had a really upset stomach. Messing in the house and unable to control diarrhoea. This easy to use syringe administered the correct dose easily. Although we had to use the paste on treats to get Cassie to take it. The feeling of the syringe in her mouth was not acceptable but the paste was palletable as evidenced by licking our fingers afterwards. The upset calmed down after a couple of days and she is now back to normal. Money well spent! I would recommend it.

Find that works every time our spaniel has upset bowel , two days treatment and happy dog returns! Great value for this large tube , better than an expensive trip to the vets without doubt !
I have bought this for many years, have tried 'substitutes' but nothing is as good and works so quickly,or gets eaten up as well as Pro Kolin, In over 30 years of owning golden retrievers we have never seen the sea water go through our young golden retriever so quickly, she was sick and had diarrhoea at the same time, two doses of this sorted her tummy and the sickness. Never without this in her first aid kit. Excellent delivery via DPD.
Pro-kaolin for dogs/cats is a great product that was first introduced by vet recommendation it has only ever been used on dogs in my case and has greatly improved there problems
Have always got three sizes of Pro-Kolin in my dog cupboard. It does not contain anything that can cause long-term damage to my dogs. On occasions I find that the ‘plunger’ in the syringe is very stiff and I find administering directly into the dogs mouth rather difficult. A few years ago I do not think I had this problem with stiffness of the plunger, but, sometimes I have to use the palm of my hand to push it down - difficult when trying to hold my dogs mouth open.
This appears to be a good product, though it is rather early days yet. My 191/2 year male black and white cat has for a long time had a very delicate tum, well for his age in other respects. He tends to have very loose bowel movements. Tests have been done by my local vet: surgery but came back negative. My vet suggested Pro-Kolin which seemed to help a little but then problem came back. After a few weeks I thought I'd give it another try. After being on it for a couple of weeks I think it is now just starting to have an obvious effect. He doesn't actually like the substance but tolerates it quite happily. Apart from a bit of arthritis from an old injury he eats very well, hunts still, and generally good for his age.
