Although I had to go to another store to get them,and waiting for the parts to come from Brisbane, the fitting was prompt and the staff who did the fitting were excellent.

Fitting instructions are very poor, the instruction video linked to the code in instruction book is for a different product, useless, Fitting was awkward and time consuming. Not happy with the end result, these racks are ugly and loud, should of spent a bit more and get a set of rhino racks, and do yourself a favour, get someone to fit them for you, less headaches.
