This is a very nice little rice cooker but only for 1/2 a cup of raw rice. If you try to cook a larger quantity, water leaks out and makes a mess in the microwave.

I had one of these for years, sadly it needed replacement, Peter’s offered the best value. I love this product you steam veggies cook rice and grain with ease.

This replaces one that has served me well for decades. The easiest way to cook any type of rice. You can time your rice cooking to match when all your other meal inclusions will be ready, so you can't go wrong to have your meal synchronised ready to serve. I only replaced my old one because it was used so often and washed so often that the inside was starting to wear. An easy purchase and good price from everten.

Have used it many times with great results. Will possibly purchase a larger one as well .
Far better than my old one that doesn’t have the double lid. No mess with this one. Even comes with no nonsense instruction manual. And it’s cheap!!!
We have only used this cooker a few times and the end result has been pretty average. Perhaps we need more practice. We did find instructions supplied confusing as it talked about 3/4 cups and 8oz quantities. Would be much simpler and easier if everything was in cups we think.
Ive used the rice cooker three times now using long grain white rice twice and jasmine rice once. The jasmine rice used up all the water and was fluffy but I felt it needed a little more water. The long grain, I added more water than recommended and it leaked out the top onto the plate in my microwave. Rice turns out great though. So I just have to get the ratio down with the water. This has made my life much easier since I feed my dog rice in his food. If you hate making rice on the stove, this is perfect!
I enjoy using this to cook rice I have found I need more water than suggested but it’s an easy adjustment
I bought this rice cooker as a replacement for a previous trusty old microwave rice cooker which sadly met with a tragic accident. I am happy to report that the new rice cooker works as well as the old one. That is to say it cooks the rice to perfection every time with no mess. The handles at the sides are great for lifting the hot cooker out of the microwave.
I love this rice cooker. I had a similar one for over 20 years so was very happy to find one that is exactly the same again. My rice always turns out perfectly.
